hey guyz i've been having heart palpitations for a few days now. been to the doctor and the ER but they've concluded nothing was wrong with my vitals or heart and i was discharged, said it was an anxiety disorder didn't give me a prescription or anything so i've still been feeling them and it makes me more anxious which makes them worse. helps if i try and distract myself i'll try to keep up with art but it might be a lil slow.. just wanted to put this out there 👋
