My Family: Okay! That’s great! No problem!

Also my family, like 10 minutes later: Hey I was at the store and I saw those gummy bears you like were on sale, so I got you 8 bags! :D

Me: I’m quitting sugar...remember?

Samantha America Strand. Amelie. The moment I met her, I knew she was destined to make us whole again. She told me we'd do it together, and even gave me a gift.

A bridge baby.

It's a BT sensor of sorts, although it looks like a newborn. But it's not. Amelie says it was born on the Beach, and that it serves as a link between our world and the other side. Between me and her, too, if I keep it with me at all times. She called it a new child for a new era...

I'm not just a delivery guy any more. I'm a herald for her and her new world. She's given me everything I ever wanted, ever needed. And now I'm free to cut Fragile loose.

I wouldn’t say I have a lot of friends.

I keep telling people I’m actually an extrovert and that I’m just shy, but really, almost anyone who knows me will tell you I’m an introvert. I guess that makes me an ambivert then(?)

It’s not that I’m an antisocial grouch- it’s just that I can’t find any group of people where I can really say I belong. Cliques, social circles, whatever else there might be, they don’t stick to me so much. I mean, sure, I still have my old high school clique’s group chat (it’s muted, though) and a group chat full of all the people who were invited to a common friend’s debut once and I’ve made friends with some of the people there, but to have the same kind of loyalty and conformity that people expect from cliques? Nope. Get that away from me, I want nothing to do with it.

Though, despite all that, I still wish I have more friends than I do now. Or at least I wish I can get along with people better. Appear friendlier. More approachable. I just feel like I come off too cold and uncaring sometimes, but I can’t help it, I don’t want to fake anything either.

Finally, I'm back after being lazy.

1. I finished Borderlands 3 with Mose the Gunner. I was surprised I finished the game with her because I struggled with her earlier in the game but after some rewatch I found a build that worked for me. Moze ”Shield Of Retribution” tree worked wonders and I breezed through the rest of the game with ease.

2. Congratulations to Washington Nationals on winning their first world series in 95 years. What an MLB Postseason lots of competitive games ending with an unexpected outcome but I'm happy for the Nationals but I wish my Yankees can get #28 sooner rather than later but we will see.

3. I think the next game I'm going to play is something out of my comfort zone but from what I'm reading and seeing it should be worth it. Bloodborne is that game and to be honest, I'm pretty scared to play it because of the difficulty and given my Dark Souls 3 game is sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I have no confidence in myself that I can finish Bloodborne and be good at it. I don't like dying in video games because it makes me feel like a failure. Yeah, I shouldn't feel that way and many people tell me ” it's just a game” but playing a difficult game like that will be a challenge and that's the fun of it learning how to overcome death and defeat the bosses that are in your way. I will take my time and try not to rage and throw a $60.00 dollar controller across the room 😆.

[[Sorry for not posting this yesterday- I was having issues getting the post to actually post... but I think it’s working now-! I hope so, anyways… well, I’m about to find out-!]]

So today was actually my last day for awhile-! I will be taking a break until later in the summer, when I will be coming back to the Zoot Studio to resume my co-op work. Today was a pretty normal day despite that, and there isn’t really that much to talk about! But I will say my piece on it here. I started as usual, on my own just cleanin’ up! I vacuumed more and picked up more… But after that, actually, I was kind of stuck for awhile. I was waiting for my instructor to arrive and didn’t know much of what to do with myself… His coworkers showed up around then, and I spent pretty much the rest of the time talking with them about their projects. I offered my help again, but they didn’t seem to have anything for me this time around…

After this, my instructor arrived. Yay! Nice! And after a bit of a chat with his coworkers about business, we got right to work! Finally! I was so excited to get a move on on these ticks and heads! We started with the ticks… I expressed my concerns with the detail progress to him, and we talked a while about that, figuring some things out together, and he explained a few tactics to me about painting. We decided to go with a lighter body coat- with some blue veins underneath that we covered with mod podge mixed-in so that it was sort of a semi-transparent coat. This way you could still see the blue details! Very cool.
