EAT THE FROG! The idea is, that if the first thing you had to do every day was eat a live frog your day could only get better because that would almost always be the worst thing you did that day. Fortunately you don't have to eat a live frog to take advantage of this idea. When you get to work, or sit down to do homework figure out which item on your to-do list you want to do the least or is the most boring - DO IT FIRST. From there everything else can only get better and you wont have that one thing looming over you all day!
