Well, there was some old Plumm in the Sunset Kingdoms who wed a dragon princess. My grandmama told me the tale. He lived in King Aegon's day.
(A Storm of Swords, Daenerys V)
VELARYON BASTARDS -> Jon Waters
[Elaena] gave their son the bastard name of ‘Waters’ in honor of his father, and he grew to be a great knight, as did his own son.
Hi! Apologies for the unfortunate timing of this ask (the art theft turned generative ai is utterly sickening, I'm sorry this is happening to you). I wanted to ask this now before I forget about it.
Do you have any headcanons/a vision for Baela's children, Rhaena's daughters and Elaena's children? Since several of them are around Visenya's time and would be considered cousins...
Also, I gotta say I got attached to Visenya and her little targfyres children. Are their deaths/exiles preventable in your AU? Please please please 😭🙏🥺
Thanks for the support, the art theft has been frustrating but I'm not about to let it get to me. I hate AI, and I'll never let it kill my passion for art or sharing my art with others. Here's to hoping the AI bubble pops soon T_T. Also, I'm pleased u like Visenya's kiddos so much! For all my ASOIAF OCs, I technically put them into two AUs; one that (mostly) follows canon events, and another that is basically a "fix all the issues" AU, cuz I'm a softie who needs to see my OCs experience happiness as well lol. While the kids do suffer in canon events, I'll probably make art n stuff of the happier AU as well, so don't worry! :)
Now onto your question! As for the children of Baela, Rhaena and Elaena, they would be Visenya's cousins (well technically, Baela and Rhaena's kids would be Visenya's aunts/uncles more like). I've never thought too hard about their children tbh, mostly because we know so little of them (George give us more lore!!!!). But sure, I'll try to compile my thoughts on them. (WARNING, this is a long one T_T)
Baela's children - Okay, so we don't actually have a lot of info on how many children Baela has with Alyn Velaryon for sure. We only know that they have two confirmed children, their firstborn daughter Laena, and a second child we were given no info on. I'll focus just on Laena for now, since the second child is barely a character. I personally rrly like the idea of the Velaryon line descending from Laena, I feel like it just makes so much sense that bold Baela's eldest girl gets to rule her parent's seat in her own name (especially since her grandma and great-grandma were denied their own right to rule based on sex). Although, I greatly doubt the bloodline will descend through her (George is probably gonna make the second child a boy), I wanna cling to my headcanon for now of Laena Velaryon, Lady of the Tides. I imagine Laena to be a proud, bold, and stubborn young woman, very similar to her mother, who is unafraid to speak her mind. I also think she has a deep longing for the dragons, especially since her own hatchling was such a total disaster, and that she often dreams of what could've been. I think there would be a relationship between her and Visenya, very aunt-and-niece-like since Laena would be close in age to Visenya's parents, but I don't think they were particularly close, since I feel Laena was more often at Driftmark than at court. I think Laena would see some of herself in her niece, this stubborn, outspoken, bold girl who has a strong longing for a dragon, but I also think there is some mild tension, as I like to think the Velaryon's favored Daemon Blackfyre a bit and Visenya's aggression towards him was something she didn't approve of (I have no idea if the Velaryons sided with Daemon during the rebellion, but I do think it makes sense for them to at least favor him a bit due to his blood relation). I definitely think she felt torn between a child that is her family and a child she saw a lot of herself in, and was one of the few ppl at court that tried not to pick a side during their fights. I don't think she lived long enough to see Visenya marry Daemon, but I do think she lived long enough to see their relationship slowly repair as they aged. Interestingly, despite their lack of closeness, her and Visenya would end up being bound together as closer relatives through the engagement of her grand-daughter, Valaena, to the princess' son, Viseryn.
Rhaena's children - Okay, so we know that Rhaena has six daughter's by her second husband, Garmund Hightower, but we're never given names for any of the girls. It is also unknown if they dwell within the Crownlands or if they live in the Reach, at the Hightower. Because we have zero information on them it's kind of hard for me to come up with headcanons with so little to work off of. I'm going to try and think of what kind of upbringing they would've had as Hightowers in Oldtown with Rhaena Targaryen for a mother. I think they would've been a healthy amount of pious (their Hightowers so ofc) but not strict due to Rhaena's presence. I think they would've been rather spoiled by their loving parents, especially since both parents come from houses of great wealth, so I can see them sharing in their mother's taste for glamour. I can also see them inheriting Rhaena's famed beauty as well. I definitely think that Targaryen hot-bloodedness still runs through their veins, setting them apart from other Hightowers, so their very charming yet fierce young ladies. The older girls are probably the most calm, capable of controlling their tempers, but the younger girls are far more emotional. I do think they are, however, very disconnected from their Targaryen/Valyrian heritage and culture. Assuming they live in Oldtown, they're so removed from court and the rest of their Targaryen relatives, that they don't have much of an opportunity to experience their own heritage, and Rhaena's attempts alone aren't enough as they live surrounded by Andal/the Faith's culture, and that overshadows a lot of what she teaches. Ofc, this means that when they're at court, it's an awkward experience for them as they feel a bit like outsiders in their own family, as they stand out as being more Hightower-ish than Targ amongst their relatives. The girls long to feel more connected to their mother's side of the family, but struggle due to their lack of knowledge and experience with the family's heritage. Even their interactions with their niece, Visenya, feels awkward as she is so distinctly Targaryen in her appearance and attitude, something they struggle to connect with. Because of these issues, they interact a lot easier with the less Valyrian-like members of House Targaryen; Queen Naerys, Aemon the Dragonknight, Septa Rhaena, & Baelor for example. As a result, I also don't think they are particularly close to Visenya, as while they have similarities due to the Targ blood they share, their Hightower upbringing is so distinctly different from Visenya's dysfunctional, Targaryen upbringing at court, that they struggle to connect with/understand their young niece.
Elaena's children - Now we've gotten to Visenya's ACTUAL cousins. Since it seems Elaena lived at the Red Keep and remained prominent at court all her life, I definitely think Visenya grew up alongside her aunt's children and has much more established relationships with them than she does her prior aunts. Starting with Jon & Jeyne Waters, based on what info we're given, they're probably the same age as her and were likely playmates as a result. While bastards are usually looked down upon, I think the twins had life a little bit easier than other bastards due to their mother's presence. Elaena was clearly a clever and intimidating woman who loved her children deeply. Thanks to her strong personality and status as a Targaryen princess, she shielded her children from most of the hardship and humiliation bastards get from court, but she couldn't protect them from it entirely, so while their lives we're certainly pleasant for bastards, they still endured stigma. I also think that they were born after Baela had already passed (so Elaena's affair with Alyn did not take place during her aunt's marriage), but that Baela's children still disliked their bastard half-siblings. In early childhood, they likely got along well with Visenya, before she was capable of understanding what it meant to be a bastard. But as she aged, and tensions rose between her and Daemon, I think a distance grew between the cousins, as while Visenya never insulted or mocked them for their bastardry, there was certainly a level of discomfort that formed. Unintentionally, Daemon had painted a perception of bastardry in Visenya's mind, and while she didn't buy into the nonsense of bastards being born inherently evil, she did understand that the difficult upbringing many bastards endured could make them desperately and dangerously ambitious, hence her hesitation towards her cousins as she's now very uncertain of them. I do think much of that wariness fades into adulthood though, and of the two, Visenya remains closest to Jeyne. Her cousin Viserys Plumm, he's another one who was a childhood playmate and there was far less tension that followed in their relationship growing up together. I think Viserys, like his siblings, lived a cushy, charmed life at court, facing little difficulty as he was acknowledged as trueborn. But as a child, the jokes about his father, the late Lord Plumm, and the rumors regarding his paternity (that he was actually Aegon IV's bastard) rrly upset him and was a point of insecurity for him. As he aged, however, I think he developed a thick skin and a sense of humor towards it all, going so far as to even joke about it himself sometimes, showing how little he thought of such nonsense. As for the Penrose children; Robin, Laena, Jocelyn, & Joy, they would've been born far too late to be playmates of Visenya (she would've been around 13 to 15 when the eldest child was born). As a result, I think she would've treated them less like peers/friends and more like little siblings to care for, and they probably saw her as an older sibling figure at court. I think they probably had a close bond to their elder brother Viserys, but I feel like they'd be rather distant to their eldest siblings Jon & Jeyne. By the time their in their teens, the twins would probably start to feel the weight of their born stations, and distance themselves somewhat from their trueborn siblings. I also think Laena Penrose's name cause scandal at court, as Laena Velaryon most definitely did not appreciate Elaena's homage.
Asoiaf curiosity: despite numerous declarations and more or less probable suspicious cases, officially only six members of House Targaryen are confirmed to have bastard children, two princes/kings and four princesses:
Saera Targaryen: she had at least three bastard children, three sons, by three different fathers;
Gael Targaryen: she had a stillbirth bastard son by a errant musician;
Aegon II: he had a bastard son and a bastard daughter in same year he had twin children by his wife;
Aegon IV: thirteen confirmed bastards, probably many more;
Daena Targaryen: she had a bastard son with Aegon IV, Daemon Blackfyre;
Elaena Targaryen: she had bastard twin with Alyn Velaryon, Jon and Jeyne Waters.

I know the Valyrians canonically have blue eyes, but my headcanon about Daenaera Velaryon is that she got her blue eyes from her mother Hazel Harte and that among her children Daeron and Rhaena had her blue eyes, and her grandchildren Jon and Jeyne Waters had them as well
Ser Jon & Jeyne Waters
“Following in Daena’s footsteps, [Elaena] bore the bastard twins Jon and Jeyne Waters to Alyn Velaryon, Lord Oakenfist.”
