took another break from jjba because it really pissed me off that we had like two episodes about the fight between joseph and wamuu then we completely skip the fight between lisa lisa and kars because kars just happened to be the type to avoid a fight like that completely by manipulating and killing lisa lisa before we could ever see lisa lisa actually use extensively use her hamon like we've seen her two male students do in their own fights. she had a whole episode where she was naked and needing protection from them; there just kept being more and more plot excuses where we couldn't see her use the same powers she's allegedly using to teach joseph and the other dude. anyway and now of course while lisa lisa is probably not actually dead and on the ground next to kars we get monologue after monologue between him and joseph but also here comes the nazi soldier to fight the Common Evil—the vampires on the side of hamon users! jesus fucking christ this show
back to jojo and we're just learning that lisa lisa was the orphaned baby from the end of the very first arc? that the guy joseph killed three episodes ago was her (foster) dad? that we could've been exploring that the whole time?
