◆ This man is an absolute sweetheart in a relationship i don't care what anyone says. Definitely a man that is wise beyond his years, he loves taking care of his partner. It gives him a sense of pride to be that security for you.

◆ We all know something like this would be embarrassing, but he would not ever make you feel judged or want you to feel embarrassed for something you both know is completely natural. He would be so calm and handle the situation with complete maturity.

►►► Bruno wakes up, letting his eyes adjust to the suns morning light peaking through the window, before looking over at you. He takes a moment to admire you, smiling to himself. As he glaces over your sleeping frame, he notices you curling into yourself.

He grows slightly concerned at the sight and moves to close the space between you two. When lifting the covers his blue eyes notice something underneath. His gaze locks onto the wet, red spot seeping into the sheets near your legs.

His mind confused for one second before realization hits. He carefully moves off the bed and walks into the restroom that's connected to the bedroom.

Bruno appears again moments later in front of you, he sits by you on the bed softly placing a kiss on your temple.

You shift in your sleep slowly opening your eyes, looking up at him and giving a small tired smile.

"Tesoro, how are you feeling?" He questions placing a hand on your arm gently rubbing it.

"I feel kind of off.." You reply your hand resting on your abdomen as you feel a small cramp.

"I thought so.." He chuckles and gives you a soft smile, his hand gesturing towards the bed.

You're confused for a moment, your brain still processing from sleep. You lift the covers, and look at the bed, feeling your cheeks burn up immediately.

"Oh my god...Bruno, im so sorry..i didn't know..this is so embarrassing. " You say sitting up and quickly looking away.

Seeing your instant embarrassment, he reaches to cup your cheek, forcing you to look at him.

"Amore, you have nothing to be sorry for.. and this is nothing to be embarrassed about. Now, I made you a bath.. Take a moment to fully wake and then step into it when you're ready... I'll handle the mess, please don't worry yourself. " he leans in, giving you a gentle kiss.

◆ After your bath you'd walk out to clean sheets on the bed, some comfy clothes laid out for you, a heating pad, and water. What can I say this man is educated on this stuff you don't know how, he just is. Constantly checking on you if he sees you in pain.

◆ He would also make sure you have all your favorite snacks and what ever you're craving. He's also going to make sure you're stocked up on your hygiene supplies; pads, tampons, etc. If you're not he's heading to the store immediately for you, no complaints, no questions...well maybe a couple questions he wants to make sure he gets you the right things. ( *insert that one meme* what size pussy you wear? ) ((sorry I had too (✪▽✪)))

Leone Abbacchio

◆ Abbacchio is a softie when it comes to his partner. Of course he's still gonna be his guarded, intense self. But he's gonna do anything for someone he really loves.

◆ He would handle the matter privately, blood is nothing new to him. Like Bruno, he would never make a scene, or try to embarrass you over something he knows is natural. But he may be slightly annoyed if you're not paying attention to things like that, so these accidents could be avoided.

►►► The smell of old books fills the air around you as you and your boyfriend walk around your favorite book store. Scanning the aisles one by one, you happily search through hoping to find a book you've been looking for. Abbacchio silently following behind you.

"Are you finished yet?" Abbacchio asks not even trying to hide his annoyed tone.

"No!..You're free to go home Abba, but I really want to find this one. " You look back at him crossing your arms across your chest. You already know him well enough to know he's not ever going to leave you here alone.

He doesn't reply and glances around the aisle before his eyes turn back to you. You extend your arm to grab a book on a higher shelf.

"I think I found it! " you exclaim enthusiastically. Abbacchio watches you reach up, your jacket lifting up with your movement, that's when he sees it. A small crimson spot on the back on your jeans.

Abbacchio silently moves close behind you, looking around to make sure no one has seen.

"We are leaving now. " He says, his voice suddenly deep.

"No! Look I found the book i-..." Your protest is cut off by him speaking.

"No. We'll get it another time.. We need to get home. " he cuts you off in a demanding tone.

"Abba! I really want this one. "

"Y/n. I said we're leaving." His voice stern laced with his annoyance. Before you can protest anymore he opens up his long jacket pulling you into him. His grip on you tightening. His jacket covers your whole back side as he calmly ushers you outside the store.

This definitely earns a few weird stares from people which are met with mean glares from Abbacchio. Causing people to immediately look away.

Once outside you look up at him your voice showing your slight irritation.

"What was that about, Abba? " you question, still hidden in his jacket.

He takes a moment to look around making sure you two are alone before speaking.

"You have blood on your pants... " you completely freeze up at his words.

"I'm gonna go ahead and assume you got your period..unexpectedly" He says annoyed looking down at you, his face showing his irritation.

Your face now a bright pink, picking up on his annoyance, your eyes get glossy. Which is the last thing he wanted, he was more annoyed at the timing rather than you. You open your mouth to say something before just deciding its better to remain silent.

"It's just blood...No need to cry. Now let's get you home.. " he says, his voice now monotone. You just nod in response and sigh sinking closer to him, making his grip tighten around you.

The whole walk home he's very observant, he notices your head staying down facing the floor. He makes sure his jacket is covering you until you're able to get home, change, and relax.

Once you're home and cleaned up he takes a moment to apologize in the privacy of your shared bedroom.

"I wasn't mad I at you.. I. " he sighs sitting on the bed next to you.

"I'm sorry, amore.. I was simply trying to get you out of the situation before anyone could see. Wanted to save you from embarrassment...I'm sorry I was mad."

You smile at him and throw your arms around him hugging him tightly.

"I know you meant well Abba. I understand you were just trying to protect me. " you say staring up at him. He gently brushes some hair our of your face before kissing your forehead.

◆ He's not going to bring up what happened after the fact, it was simply an accident. He's not one to tease you about it or embarrass you more than you already were. He is however going to silently mark down your period dates. He knows you're not going to do it so he'll take it upon himself to track it so another accident doesn't occur.

◆ He also remembers one time you told him how cuddling and being close with him helps you feel better during your period, now it's burned in his brain. He becomes clingy. (Only behind closed doors of course, he's not going to be all over you in public or in front of the group, but he will have his arm around you more often when you're out, or hold your hand more, and maybe a small kiss to your temple when he knows no one is watching. )

Guido Mista

◆ This guy loves to joke around, loves to be weird, and crazy in a relationship. Weirdly he also balances out having a calm relaxed side to him as well. But like what's the point if you can't have fun with the person you love? But when he has to he can be 100℅ serious. This man will lock in immediately when he actually needs to.

◆ In a situation like this I see him definitely trying to be a 'knight in shining armor' type of guy, but definitely in a teasing sense. He may not make a 'big scene' but I definitely see him laughing this off. Like the others he's seen blood, it's basically in their job description so he's not weirded out or anything. I see him reacting based on how you're reacting to it, like if you laugh he finds it ok to joke. If you're being completely serious he's going to be completely calm and serious about it.

►►► It's your first day off in a while so of course you and Mista wanted to have a nice date at your favorite cafe. You two had been enjoying your favorite baked goods with some nice refreshing tea, at a table outside the cafe.

"We should probably get going, if you still wanted to go see that movie." Mista says standing and stretching his arms out, before smiling at you, extending a hand out to help you up.

"Yeah, let's go. " You smile placing your hand in his, you stand and suddenly youre hit with a familiar warm feeling between your legs. You stand there unmoving, confused for a moment before realization hits and you throw yourself back into your chair.

"Uhm.. Ok? Were you gonna get something else? " He asks raising an eye brow, his hand now moving to rub the back of his neck in confusion. He grows slightly concerned when he sees your face go pale and you refrain from looking up at him.

"Hey babe, you ok?..uh..You look like you've seen a ghost." He questions you, moving closer. You slowly move your gaze to meet his and his concern only grows more when he sees your eyes begin to water a little.

"Y-yeah.. Uhm.. I can't move. " your face now beginning to go red.

"What do you mean? You glue yourself to the chair? " he tried to joke to get a reaction out of you. Yet you remain completely blank in the face.

"Seriously babe, what's going on? We gotta get going." He says as his smile begins to falter at the sight of you unmoving, your fingers now gripping onto the table causing your knuckles to go white.

"Hey y/n, seriously, what's going on? Are you ok? Are you hurt? " His voice now filled with worry as he quickly kneels beside your seat, his eyes now scanning over your body in a slight panic.

"No.. no.. Mista, I.. I got my period.. And I think..I may have bled through my dress. " You whisper the last part, embarrassment consuming you as you look at your boyfriend.

"What? ..Oh... Oh!..Damn alright. " he stands with his arms crossing his chest, and looks around, taking a moment to think the situation over

"Eh, we're closer to home than we are any stores...So we should probably head straight home. " He puts his hand out again which you gently push away.

"I can't get up!..Everyone will see! " You whisper, your voice showing your irritation as you glance around making sure no one is watching you two.

"Oh! Right, right....I know! Here! I got you babe." He smoothly pulls his printed sweater off, and holds it out to you.

"Are you sure? Mista, you love your sweater....Also...You're gonna walk home shirtless? " you give a small laugh feeling some relief, which he notices instantly and smiles wide at you.

"Eh we could always wash it. Plus, I gotta save my girl, if I gotta do it shirtless at least I get to show off for you." he teases.

"Anyways, it'll be a quick walk home, so come on. " He adds still holding his sweater up to you.

You just smile and nod, taking a second to look around making sure no one is watching. You quickly stand and he swiftly wraps his sweater around your waist, making sure the bloody spot is covered completely.

The walk home, he makes sure to walk close behind you to ensure you feel more covered and secure. Definitely got a few confused, and weirded out glances from people seeing the shirtless man walking around, but honestly..he doesnt care at all, as long as you're ok.

◆ When you get home, and get cleaned he cuddles with you in bed immediately. He questions if you have everything you need. Before teasing you for the incident. "You were sooo pale. You must have bled out all the blood in that moment. " he laughs which causes you to playfully but firmly punch his arm. "Ow! Just playing babe!... Sorry. "

◆ If you ask him to get you things like water or snacks you're craving, so you don't have to move from bed or go out, he whines. (Definitely just in a lighthearted way) "Ughh.. I gueesss I'll get you some water. " he whines walking out the bedroom with a smile on his face.

Giorno Giovanna

◆ Literal embodiment of calm and collected, especially after becoming Don. It's actually scary sometimes. Hes super protective, and observant in relationships. He definitely tries to know every detail about his partner no matter how small.

◆ In a situation like this surprisingly he remains completely stoic and understanding. It's shocking really how well he handles this situation so gracefully, zero awkwardness, zero judgement, and honestly a bit of sympathy. He's educated on the subject to a point, but nonetheless isn't scared of natural body production. I mean hellooo, hes literally a leader of the mafia, he isn't scared of blood.

►►► The sound of Giorno's pen scratching against paper filled his office, while he intently signed some important documents.

You sat across from him, a book in your hand as you patiently wait for your boyfriend to finish up his work for the day.

A sudden sharp pain hitting against your abdomen for a second. Shit what day is it?

Your mind slightly in a panic, you stand up ready to excuse yourself before you feel it the warm, wet sensation pooling between your legs. Your eyes dart to the chair, your eyes widening instantly.

A bloody spot sitting on top of the plush cushion where you were seated. Your breath hitches for a moment as you slowly sit back down, your face beginning to burn, you know it's red by the heat you feel on upon your cheeks.

Giorno hears your breath unsteady for a moment and without looking up from his papers, he questions you.

"Are you alright, tesero? " his voice calm and plain as usual.

"Uhm.. No I.. Giorno, slight emergency. Just don't look. " you say your voice quietly cracking.

This causes concern in him as he looks up dropping the unbothered demeanor he wears as Don now dropping to a worried boyfriend. He looks at you slightly furrowing his eyebrows.

"What do you mean, emergency? Are you hurt, Tesero? " he asks his voice sounding calm but face showing slight worry as he stands to move by your side.

"No. No. I'm ok.. I just.. I got my period.. " you take a pause to inhale.

".. aand I think ..I May have ..bled through my pants. " the last part coming out quietly, your face and voice showing your embarrassment.

His face relaxes and and he breathes a small breath of relief. Going back to his plain, calm self.

"I see...Well no one is home.. You can go to our room and shower, love. " he says completely unbothered.

"What about the chair? Uugh, this is embarrassing. " you bury your face in your hands.

He gently grabs your hands pulling them away from your face. Speaking softly to comfort you.

"Tesero, please don't feel embarrassed. Your body is just doing what it naturally does. "

He places a kiss on each of your hands. Before speaking again.

"Now go ahead and shower, do not worry about the mess.. I will make some tea for when you're done. " he gives you a small comforting smile.

◆ On top of all his responsibilities he's still somehow making time to check up on you everyday of your period, constantly making sure you're drinking enough water and not in any pain.

◆ If you needed any products he'll most likely send one of the others to get the stuff if he can't. But if he can he'll happily go but he's bringing you with and it's somehow becoming a nice date/dinner together. A true romantic tbh.

Narancia Ghirga

◆ He is an absolute sweetheart in relationships I don't care what anyone says. Maayy be a SLIGHT Love bomber lool. He's just excited to have a partner..i also see him being verryyy protective.

◆ In a situation like this... Cue the brain short circuiting lol. Even though he's older than Giorno he is like the exact opposite. He'll definitely freak out on the inside and try to keep calm. Has zero education on this subject. (He realizes he probably should've listened to Fugo when he tried to explain these things to Narancia when you two first started dating.) Also if it happens in public this kid is making a scene I'm sorry. :')

►►► Voices buzzing all around you, as you and Narancia sit in your guys favorite pizza parlor. You two stuffing your face enjoying yourselves, it's not often you get to do this together with all the missions you're both sent on.

" We should probably head back now, why don't you get us some boxes so we can take some home. I'm gonna go to the restroom. " You tell your boyfriend as he's mid bite, he enthusiastically nods in response.

You start to slide yourself out of the booth. You look down at the seat about to stand and instantly your eyes go wide and you freeze. There seems to be a small wet red spot smudging as you slide.

You look up at Narancia who is completely oblivious and looking around the room taking a sip of his drink.

"Nara?...Narancia? " you try to be as loud as you can but still keeping it at whisper level. Which he can't hear over everyones loud voices filling the room.

You try to cough enough to get his attention and it does he looks over at you smiling.

"Hey weren't you gonna go to the bathroom?" He questions playing with the straw in his cup.

"Nara we have to leave...Now. We have an emergency. " He tilts his head and raises an eyebrow at your words.

" Emergency? What are you talking about?...Is there an enemy here or something? " he whispers the last question as he scans over the room.

"No. No...I... I got my period.. And I bled through my pants. " you say embarrassed as your face starts to heat up. His eyes go wide and he freezes.

"Yeah! we should probably get you home!" Without thinking he stands and gets ready to leave but stops himself when he sees you not moving from your seat.

"You coming? " he questions gesturing for you to follow which earns a blank stare from you.

"I can't get up everyone's gonna see the blood on my pants. " you bury your face in your hands sounding like youre gonna cry. This he catches immediately and his heart begins to pound.

He thinks for a moment then gets a horrible idea, you can tell by the look on his face. It's usually the look he gets when you're on mission's together and he decides to make a mess with Aerosmith.

"Nara? What are you thinking? " you question sending him a mean glare. He just gets a mischievous smile.

"I got this babe. " he says proudly you watch in horror as he calls for Aerosmith. Seconds later theres shots coming through one of the windows where no one is seated.

Everyone in the pizza parlor freezes before scrambling out of the building in sheer panic, screaams everywhere. Narancia takes this moment to grab your hand and yanks you up. He hurriedly runs out the back way into an alley, the opposite way from where everyone else exited.

"Narancia you idiot! " you scream at him outside of the building as he laughs.

"Hey! No one was looking at your pants right!? " he jokes, you laugh in disbelief and playfully push him.

"I am not getting in trouble for this! If the boss or Bruno asks it was all you!"

"Hey! Did you have a better idea? " he scoffs crossing his arms. You think for a moment before walking closer to him.

"As a matter of fact I do. " you tease.

He stares at you before you swiftly reach for his belt pulling it off with his orange cloth he wears around his waist. He sharply inhales, with the unexpected movement from you, and you scoff.

"Oh my God. Calm down. " You laugh putting the belt on with the cloth to cover up the bloody spot on your clothes.

"See problem solved! " you say crossing your arms and he just rubs the back of his neck.

"Yeah I guess that was a good idea.....I panicked ok! " he admits, his cheeks going red. You laugh at his embarrassment, and kiss his cheek before grabbing his hand.

"Thank you for trying, Nara... But I am absolutely throwing you under the bus if GioGio or Bruno ask about this. " you tease and he groans in embarrassment. As you two start walking home together.

◆ ( 100℅ gets a lecture from Bruno, gets laughed at by mista, gets some disappointed sighs and muttered words of his stupidity from Abbacchio and Fugo, and gets a stern yet very understanding talk from Giorno. Lol ) he'll out you right there without thinking about it. "She got her period and bled out everywhere!! Geez! I was just trying to help." Everyone awkwardly turns to look at you. "I'm gonna kill myself." as you sink into the chair.

◆ Please DO NOT send him to the store alone lmao he's gonna completely forget what you need and probably grab whatever. Also probably going to spend tooooo much money on junk food when you only asked for like one specific craving. "I got you variety!"

Pannacotta Fugo

◆ He definitely struggles in a relationship but he's trying his best I promise. It just takes him longer to trust people, but once your in he definitely can be loving. He's going to quietly remember little things about you, like the way you like your tea, your routines, foods you don't like, your favorite book etc. <3 He can be temperamental with you but not like he is when teaching Narancia things, he definitely holds back A Lot, but you may get some passive aggressive comments from him every once in a while when he's upset.

◆ He's already educated on this stuff, so it's definitely a normal thing to him. (I mean he's smart af and always reading.) In a situation like this I can see him panicking on the inside but definitely finding a practical solution. He's absolutely the last one out of the whole group to cause a scene, he doesn't want that kind of attention on you or him. So he's going to find a quick, quiet, easy solution.

►►► The library was yours and Fugo's favorite place to go together when you could. You loved to see your boyfriend relaxed in his element always studying new topics he'd tell you all about later. The clock ticking on the wall is the only sound you hear, as the library is pretty empty at this hour.

Fugo was deep into a book on some type of philosophy, while you were reading your favorite dystopian book across from him.

Your reading was interrupted when you get a minor cramp in your abdomen, shifting softly in your seat you ignore the small pain. About 20 minutes go by and you start to feel off, another small cramp hitting you.

You push your chair back to stand but the moment you do you sit back down immediately.

Your breathing goes unsteady for a moment unsure what to do. You decide to get your boyfriends attention.

"Fugo.. " you whisper. He doesn't look up from his book instead he gives you a 'hmm' in response.

"We need to leave.. Like now. " he looks up at you, confused.

You look down to see the blood seeping into the fabric of the chair under you. Eyes widening your heart starts pounding as your eyes meet your boyfriends.

"Shit.. I.. Oh god. I'm so embarrassed. " your eyes get watery as you lay your head on to the table in front of you. Fugo silently places his book down and moves to your side of the table sitting beside you.

"Hey, y/n...What's wrong, Mia Cara? " he questions in a whisper as he leans close to you.

"No! Don't look. Don't come closer. " you say slightly louder than you meant in a panic, voice laced with a little annoyance. This makes his eyes widen, internal panick setting in at your light hostility. He shifts uncomfortably, waiting for you to let him know what's wrong.

Your annoyance wasn't with him of course it was with the situation. Your embarrassment starting to eat at you.

"I'm sorry.. I.. I'm not mad at you.. I just.. I got my period.. I don't have anything." you whisper guilt setting in at the sight of your boyfriend in a panick.

"Oh..I see. You could've just said that. We'll get you home right away. " he goes to put his books in your bag you had brought.

"No fugo...you don't understand...I...I bled through my pants..it's on the chair, I can't get up." He pauses in his actions before glancing over at you. He doesn't say anything at first as he gets that certain look on his face that says he's thinking.

He looks out the window of the library before taking a deep breath.

"Alright, just stay here. I will be back as soon as I can. " he finally speaks.

"Wait, what? You're just gonna leave me here!?" You whisper in disbelief. He quickly moves to your side to grab your hand.

"I'm not leaving you here. I will be right back cara. I promise, trust me. " he gives you a small smile before grabbing your bag and exiting the library.

About 15 minutes pass, it definitely felt longer in this situation you're stuck in. Fugo reentering the library with your bag now looking full. He hurries to your side.

"Here, there should be everything you need in here. Ill walk behind you and wait for you outside the restroom." He says handing you the bag and gesturing towards the direction of the facilities.

You quickly stand up and he doesn't waste a second before standing as close to you as he can without actually touching you. He scans the room to make sure no one is looking. Fortunately for you the library is basically empty.

You two make your way over to the restroom where you rush inside and check the bag immediately.

He had gone to a store that was nearby and bought you a change of clothes and some hygiene products. You sigh in relief and start getting changed in the stall. When finished you stuff your previous clothes into the store bag feeling at ease now.

When you exit the restroom Fugo is right there, leaning against a wall, waiting for you as he said. You walk over and smile at him.

"Thank you, Fugo...Ugh. This is seriously embarrassing, you really saved me here. " you confess shyly as he grabs your hands.

"There is nothing embarrassing about a natural bodily function, Mia Cara. Now let's get you some food and get you home. " he gives you a small smile before taking your hand in his and leading you of of the library.

◆ When you get home he's already making you some type of herbal tea. (He read that it helps with cramps.) He's making sure you have everything like a heating pad, water, and the right medication to help with cramps.
