Below: Originally John Kenn Mortensen is an artist from Denmark. His works include monster drawing on little post-it notes. He does these tiny illustrations in his spare time. I really think his little pieces resemble the way my work was progressing very fine lined with different movements to create an image and also how his work is very dream like. John's day job is directing a childrens T.V show, so in his images we continually see children. I believe the images are child friendly but are also very sinister in the way they are drawn.

Below: I also think some of John Kenns work is similar to the work of the illustrator Edward Gorey who's drawing styles seem some what similar to those of John Kenns. His work come also be discribed as dream like.
