Sometimes john will pick up things that remind him of karkat and send them to him before he gets home, but theyre never right or just plain silly

and karkat wants to cry because its cute

John made Karkat a card

and karkat’s first response was to call him because:

“JOHN I DONT KNOW IF YOU LOST YOUR GLASSES BUT THESE ARE LOBSTERS NOT CRABS, THERE IS NOTHING VERY ‘CRABTIVATING’ ABOUT THEM”

“ But, you are my long crab 

and the longest crab I know is a lobster

 plus it was cute :)”

“WELL ITS GOING ON DISPLAY FOR EVERYONE TO RIDICULE AND I JUST THOUGHT I SHOULD WARN YOU OF YOUR POO BRAINED MISTAKE”

“Yeah, but I’m sure it made you smile, so I’ll take it.”

and Karkat just sighs because John is right

he loves the lobsters and how John scrawled “ You are so very crabtivating ♥” with the shittiest drawn crab in the corner

with a little message saying

"hey guys! it's not like anyone actually asked for this but it seems popular so why not. we could use some fun." 

"EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I HAVE TO HELP YOU WITH THIS.”

"because i'm not letting you rot away in front of the tv anymore."

Some Skyrimstuck JohnKat for the soul. John is a mage and a Breton and Karkat is a Dunmer in the Dark Brotherhood. (The thing for the candlelight spell is from the wiki, I do not have the ability to make it look that great on my own lmao.) This game is eating away life smh. 

Karkat has this bad habit when he’s in the passenger seat to stick his head out the window to avoid his horns rubbing on the roof of the car because it makes him kind of nauseous 

and because of it it makes the whole right side of the car John’s blind spot

so its late evening and there coming home from a movie 

driving down the suburb road 

Karkat’s head is out the window resting on an arm 

and while he should be paying attention 

he isn’t 

“Hey Kat is there anything down that corner?”

“NO YOU’RE GOOD”

and john turns the corner too cleanly, forgetting that the corner house is the one with the really fucked up sprinkler system that shoots all the way over the sidewalk and into the street 

and they leave it on all night

Karkat gets doused with water

then proceeds to try and get his head out the too small window 

smacks and dents the door frame with his horns

John has to pull over to help him calm down so he can get his head out with the vertigo he just unleashed upon himself

and after John gets his head back in while trying not to laugh

“I did not do that on purpose”
