Powell – who added that he wanted people to “understand how integral music was in all of our lives” – also spoke about the possibility of a Libertines reunion in the future and said he would like to play with the band again, but only if all four members were on board.
“I’d love to do a reunion soiree, but all four of us would have to be involved,” he said. “If Pete or one of the others was not, I wouldn’t do it.”
