John accidentally calling his girlfriend a male term (in French) over and over in eps lately has me howling
a few days ago, I went a walk with my dad, and to get through the final stretch, we played a Made Up Game from an E&J ep from last autumn (?) (the one where you have 3 categories and a rating between 1 and 10, and the other person guesses what you rated all three things). It was really fun, actually, so I'm glad I had that in my back pocket!
I have been known to initiate games of 20 questions with groups of friends, so it was nice to do a different game for a change!
I was ill last week and started catching up with some eps of the Bureau de Change of the Mind (BBC Sounds exclusive bonus eps) as I couldn't access them when I lived in [mysterious redacted place], and I love how chill they are. They literally spent a whole episode talking passionately about condiments (Dan Howell who??)

I first came across John via Taskmaster, and initially thought he looked a bit like Alex Turner, so hearing him mention that today (and the fact that Dave specified that he looked like Alex from the Suck it and See era) was quite funny. SIAS has some lovely songs on it - it's a very summery album!
The MUG was hilarious. I tried to play along and found it difficult. The fact that neither Elis nor John could confidently distinguish between John's offhand comments and Darwin's diaries was hilarious!
hi, john robins 2018 comedy special The Darkness of Robins just made me cry my eyes out over the most acute sense of grief I’ve experienced in years. and also it’s one of the funniest and best paced comedy specials of that decade.
