13. What is something your OC does (to others) that they would not like if others did to them? Are they aware that they do this?

Albert can be incredibly petty and vindictive when it suits him. When he has a breakup, the blowout can be explosive and he expects friends to take his side no matter what, even if he's in the wrong. He has even used his father's connections to blacklist people he holds personal grudges against, though he doesn't mention this to even trusted confidants because he recognizes it's kind of twisted. He would absolutely throw a fit if this was done to him in turn lol.

48. What would your OC do if they knew that this was their last day alive?

Obviously pre-bombs, he'd have a panic attack and scramble to do anything he could to survive, but a couple years in the wasteland has desensitized Albert to constant danger. He still has a powerful survival instinct, but he has a vise grip on the fear and paranoia now - when they flare up in times of stress he clamps down on them, twists them into righteous fury instead, and uses that rage to cut down anyone that gets in his way. If it was his last day alive, he would fight to his very last breath to find a way out, which is why he's House's mirror.

9. Describe a mundane day in your OC's life.

I actually was going to describe Johanna's daily routine in an earlier draft of chapter two, it basically involved her getting up early to hike, then returning home to have a leisurely breakfast on her balcony and take a call from her agent briefing her on upcoming promotional events and job offers. At the time of the bombs she was only a few weeks out from filming the sequel to Ab Imo Pectore (a movie about Cleopatra falling in love with Caesar) so if they hadn't dropped her schedule would've been much more frantic only a few weeks later, though she still would've gotten up early to do some type of exercise.

18. What are your OC's bad habits?

I would count her overreliance on makeup as a bad habit. If it gets mussed during the day, it's not the end of the world, but she does feel anxious at the thought of going out without hitting every step in her routine. Also before the war she didn't skip meals but she watched what she ate and compensated with daily exercise, so her lack of diet friendly options in the wasteland is also taking a bit of a toll. Plus she can't really go hiking without being mauled, so this habit is being forcibly broken.

46. Does your OC carry any guilt with them?

Johanna is definitely working through survivor's guilt, but I don't think it'll ever truly go away in the same way I think it never fully leaves anyone pre-war that survived. Albert and House might act like they're above such things ("It was foolish that no one else saw the signs, they got what they deserved.") but even they carry regret and guilt for how things ended up. At least Johanna accepts that there was nothing she could do, and eventually she gets to a place where remembering all those deaths only brings up a sort of wistful regret rather than crushing self-loathing.
