I can't believe it but I actually like software developer job interviews (being the interviewee, that is). This is the case even when I don't feel I answered many questions satisfactorily, like in the interview I had today. It's just that, when else will someone actually ask you about the kind of work you have been doing? When else will anyone ask you how you approached certain problems? When else will anyone be interested in your thought process?
Even though interviews are nerve-racking, even though the interviewers judge, rate and rank you, this experience is so unique that it's worth putting up with anxiety for.
