unfortunately, i do not remember such a fic T_T i haven't read or written any bts fics either for a long time, so i'm not familiar with any similar ones lately. i do remember one fic based on a red ribbon story though- it had 2seok but the main pairing was with another member who wanted to rescue jin. in that, he always wore a green ribbon around his neck. but this was a dark fic because if i remember correctly, removing the ribbon would kill him. i don't remember the title or anything, but i doubt that's the one you were looking for :,)
