The little guy and I drove to Vegas today and I was very nervous about the long car ride. I guess I was worrying because I didn’t know how it would go: would he cry a lot? would I have to stop a lot and console him or feed him? would he take his gloves off and scratch at his face? (He has eczema and scratches more when he is irritated) would I be able to stop quick if I needed to? what if I have to use the bathroom and he’s sleeping? would it take me forever to get there? But I waited to leave the house when he was tired and I filled his belly nice and full. He slept almost 3 hours of the drive! 😃 He only cried when we got stuck in 20 min of Vegas traffic but it wasn’t too bad once we got moving again. Ahhh, what a relief.
