Jinx knows that daddy’s lap is always the best seat in the house.

This tiny beast is finished! My fics Mistakes Like These and Make Worse What's Already Bad bound back to back in a dós-a-dós style binding, where the two books share a back cover! I had a lot of fun designing both sides. All the inner art and title art was made by me. Jinx's endpapers were hand marbled by a friend (I'm obsessed with them) and Silco's endpapers were a purchase. Jinx's title art is made of phosphorescent, glow in the dark HTV.

This was a test for a dós-a-dós bind so I skipped some aesthetic steps. My main goal was to see if I could stay coordinated long enough to make the case correctly and case in both books correctly, and I did! ADHD successfully wrangled.

Very happy with how this turned out, even if Silco's titling is very wonky. I expected it would be, I knew going in that font was too thin and spindly for a quarto cover but it's what I headcanon his handwriting looks like so I had to use it. I'm confident it would do fine on the cover of a full sized book, these fics are just too short to be full sized.
