BXB (formerly known as APR PROJECT & including 4 former members of TRCNG) has released a set of profile images ahead of their upcoming debut album “Flight and a New Beginning” which is scheduled to be released on January 30th.
Apparently, Hua’s “New Appearance” is too much for her company to handle

“You have to move your arms up, and keep them on every beat,” Momo instructed, trying to teach the 9 members their new comeback dance. Yes or Yes was fast approaching and Momo was making Twice as an even more in-sync group now than ever.
“Momo?” Hua asked, needing her attention.
“Yes, Hua?”
“Have you drank water yet, because you’re face is starting to look like a tomato?”
Momo laughed at that as she went to get her water, “Thank you. I needed a break anyway. 5 MINUTE BREAK EVERYONE!”
“Oh, thank god.” Nayeon said, as she dramatically fell on the floor. “My legs are going to come off any second now!”
“Hi girls!” Jihun said, coming into Twice’s practice room. “I’m sure rehearsal is going great and Thank you for teaching them the choreography Momo.”
“Of course! I end up teaching it to them later anyway, so it’s a good start!” Momo replied, making everyone laugh.
“I hate to be the one to do this, but your rehearsal is going to have to end now. You have an interview scheduled for tomorrow morning and we do not want any of you, Mina, falling asleep during it!”
All Twice members laughed at their last morning interview. It was during What is Love era and at 7 in the morning. Mina ended up falling asleep half way through, only waking up when the audience wouldn’t stop laughing at her.
“Thank you, Jihun,” Jihyo said, grateful that rehearsal was now over. “What time is our interview tomorrow?”
“It’s at 8, but you’ll have to leave at about 6:30. We’ll have someone come and pick you up from your dorm.”
He got a chorus of “Thanks Jihun.” Jihun had just recently become one of Twice’s main managers, which Hua was incredibly grateful for as Jihun was one of the people at JYPE that basically raised Hua.
“Oh, before I forget.” Jihun said, getting all 10 members attention. “Hua, Jung-wook wants to talk with you about something. He said to meet him in conference room B. And the rest of you can go home, Hua will meet you after.”
Hua grabbed her stuff, running after Jihun. “Hey, do you know what he wants to talk to me about?” She couldn’t think of anything she did wrong. She hadn’t even cussed in over a month.
“No, sorry, they didn’t tell me anything.” Jihun paused, as Hua shoved her jacket into her backpack. “But I’m not allowed in there so be nice, don’t glare at anyone, and most importantly-”
“Don’t cuss, I know. You know, whenever you say that you sound a lot like Jihyo.”
“I take that as a compliment. You always say Jihyo is basically your mother.” Jihun stopped before a closed door. “And here you are. If the meeting ends and it’s dark, call me and I’ll take you home. If not, the fresh air will do you good.”
Hua nodded and waved bye to Jihun. She pushed open the door to conference room B, seeing Jung-wook and JYP sitting at the table. “Hello,” Hua said as she bowed to both of the men.
“Hello Hua,” Jung-wook began. “Please take a seat.”
Hua smiled at JYP, feeling a little bit of her tension ease with him being in the room. But still, anytime Hua had a meeting with Jung-wook, she felt nervous.
“So, I’m assuming your wondering why you’re here today.” Hua nodded. “Well, we have been monitoring your weight, and you have gained almost 8 kg! That is unacceptable for you, especially now since Twice are the biggest girl group in the nation.”
“I mean, yeah, I have gained some weight. But a lot of that is muscle. I have been working on more muscle growth as of recently. I can now bench 75 kg!” Hua said, trying to lighten the mood. But seeing where their conversation was going, it was not going to be easy.
“That is very impressive!” JYP added, looking proudly at Hua. “Some of our male idols can’t even lift that much!”
Jung-wook cleared his throat as he glared at JYP. “That is impressive, but not needed for a female idol. And not all of this is muscle, you have horrible eating habits. I’ve seen you eat 3 meals worth in one sitting and it ends now! You will be put on a strict diet starting today. I have already told your managers that you’re not allowed to eat like you used to. You can tell Jihun and Twice yourself.”
Hua was in a state of shock. She had been told to go on a diet before, but it was never forced. She had already heard all of the stories from around the company about what they do to idols on these diets. Momo had only eaten ice for a week on hers.
“That’s not fair!” Hua wanted to shout at Jung-wook. “I can lose some of the weight, but I’m stronger than ever now. Also, I have been gaining this weight for like, a year now. Why did it only just become a problem?”
“It’s not only that you’ve gained weight, it’s that your attitude has gotten worse over the years.” Jung-wook stated.
“My attitude hasn’t gotten worse!” Hua said. “If anything, my attitude’s gotten better since I keep my mouth shut now.”
“See, this is exactly what I’m talking about. You don’t care about improving yourself!”
“What do you mean? Because I don’t want to diet just because I look slightly bigger than everyone else in Twice? Why do you think the pinnacle of self improvement is eating one meal, while working out 20 hours a day?”
Hua didn’t mean to be rude, but it always got on her nerve when they told her to go on a diet. She was just a kid, if she had some fat still, that was normal!
“Look Hua, I’m not discussing this with you. You either go on a diet or you will be removed from Twice for the time being,” Jung-wook said.
“You would take me out of Twice because I’m not losing weight?” Hua asked, feeling like she was being punched in the stomach. She didn’t think he would go this far, but then again, she should have seen it coming. They had been trying to make Hua go on a diet since she was 12.
“If you refuse to follow directions, yes, you will be put on hiatus until you are too an appropriate weight or you decide to end your time with Twice.”
Hua didn’t know what else to say to that. She would be putting Twice’s career at stake, seeing as she was one of the most, if not the most, popular member. She also wrote a lot of Twice’s songs, including 4 on their new EP and the title track for the album. And on top of all that, she loved being in Twice as much as anything. For Hua, Twice was her family. She hadn’t talked to her dad since her debut and the last time she saw her brother was when she left for Korea. Twice was all she had left and she couldn’t just leave.
“I’m assuming by your silence that you’re going to go on a diet. If not, you can contact me later to let me know.” Jung-wook smugly said, already knowing he won. “I think you better go home now. Your members are waiting for you.”
Hua started walking back to Twice’s dorm, hoping that no one would recognize as she could feel herself starting to cry. As she rounded the corner of Twice’s dorm building, she quickly shoved down her tears. Hua had decided pretty early on that she wasn’t going to tell the Twice members or Jihun about Jung-wook forcing her to go on a diet. She didn’t want to worry them.
As Hua opened the door to their dorm, she saw all the Twice member sitting at the table for dinner.
“Hua, there you are! I was beginning to think you ditched us,” Jeongyeon said, as she scooted over, making room for Hua. “Come, Come Eat!”
Hua saw the food they were serving and she saw the Kimchi laid out on her plate, already. “Ok, Let me go change and wash my hands and I’ll come eat.”
Hua walked back towards her room, contemplating if she should eat or not. She knew if she didn’t eat, they would get suspicious and question her, which would be bad since Hua is the worst liar out of everyone in Twice.
On the other hand, if she ate a full meal, she would risk gaining more weight again. And as much as Hua didn’t feel bad about her body, she didn’t want to be a burden on Twice’s career. As she felt her stomach growling, she decided to start her new diet tomorrow.
“HUA, IF YOU DON’T GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW, NAYEON’S GOING TO EAT ALL OF YOUR FOOD!”
