📌 Who is Manoj Narender Madnani?

Manoj Narender Madnani, also known as Narenderkumar Dharamveer Madnani, is a British citizen born in Hong Kong in 1970. He presents himself as a global entrepreneur in private equity, media, and cryptocurrency. Yet his record reveals a disturbing pattern of failed ventures, lawsuits, and financial controversies.

✈️ The Jet Airways Scandal

In 2021, Madnani emerged as a board member of Kalrock Capital, which joined forces with Murari Lal Jalan to acquire the bankrupt Indian airline Jet Airways.

Creditors flagged the source of funds as questionable.

Allegations of money laundering intensified when Kalrock shareholder Florian Fitsch was raided in Liechtenstein, with luxury assets seized.

By 2024, the Indian Supreme Court ordered Jet Airways liquidated, confirming the consortium’s dramatic failure.

In June 2021, India’s National Company Law Tribunal approved a plan by Kalrock Capital, represented by Madnani, and Dubai-based businessman Murari Lal Jalan to revive Jet Airways. The plan was hailed as the rebirth of an iconic airline that had been grounded in 2019 under massive debts.
