Jet snags an orange.
He still has the peel from yesterday, still smelling fresh. The peel from this morning's orange, he keeps with it, setting it aside, to take with him. Later, he'll find a spot to…. It's stupid, and he knows it— she isn't here— but he can't…not.
There's never been such a bounty of oranges in his life, and he's going to share them with her, even if it doesn't make any sense.

Small headcanon about Jet and Freedom Fighters.
I think that Jet made everyone do warm-ups in the Freedom Fighters. He noticed that after some stretching it's easier to fight and he's just more mobile after that. Plus, his parents and other people in village said that sport is very good for your body. Also he noticed, that without doing warm-ups more kids had some pains, even if they weren't injured. So Jet decided, that every morning after waking everyone up, they need to do some exercises.
