When I saw the squirrels had meticulously dug up my saffron crocus bulbs this spring, I wanted to hunt them down. But wow! I have one, who I have of course named ‘Harry Potter’ because it’s the one who lived!
That saffron is now in the fridge & im trying to figure out what to make with it! I usually buy my saffron from a little Eastern European shop in Ann Arbor, but I actually have some FRESH! I can’t waste this moment!
What do you recommend?! I only have 3 littles. I need a recipe where I can SAVOR this fresh flavor! Hopefully next year (if the squirrel who shall not be named) I’ll be able to do this again. 💜❤️💜❤️💜
