I find the structure of Noxus' ethnic groups fascinating since they seen to take inspiration from Indigenous Eurasian ethnicities and- at least to me- have a similar concept of indigeneity as India. Aka, a lot of people within their population would be considered Indigenous yet not 'tribal' perse. (Look up Indigenous identity within India if you want to learn a bit more than I could tell you.) So I based the Swain family off of Crimean Tatars. Erol Swain, his father, and Lilâ Swain his mother. This is the younger rendition of him before he loses his arm, gets his knee shattered and rapidly ages. (He's apparently in his 40s. Huh.)
