"I am a lethal instrument, yours to command for a modest sum. I suggest you hire me before one of your enemies does."
Jenassa was chosen to be drawn in my monthly fanart poll.
Check it out if you'd like to vote in the polls and also see speed draws!
Some under-appreciated Skyrim NPC requests I took a few weeks ago: Vigilant Tyranus, Ronthil, Jenassa, and Roggi Knot-Beard

jenassa
Jenassa, from December 2024. I’ve always loved her artistically morbid dialogue when you first talk to her XD.
Acrylic inks, markers, and colored pencil.

id like to think the concept of jesus was briefly flashbanged into asurins mind so she could make this joke
featuring the lovely dunmer designs of dawns-beauty!
"I have told you already, Dragonborn. Put the torch down and join me. I will not tell you again."
It is unwise to anger her.
Jenassa, as requested by @llamu7
Does anyone else find it deeply unsettling that, as soon as you marry someone in Skyrim, they lose their sense of identity? They lose their previous lifestyle, profession, and their unique flavor of dialogue. It's even more apparent with candidates with a lot of personality like Jenassa. With Ysolda, it makes sense that she wants to open a shop, but she also gives up on her dreams to run the Bannered Mare one day and learning the merchant's trade in an active way, travelling the land trading with the caravans.
You uproot them from their homes and just walk in, get food from them, get some gold, ask about any children, and leave for Gods-only-know how long. The least changed are the Housecarls, but it feels exploitative to marry them when they're already your indentured man and lady servants.
Long story short, that's why I now choose to be forever single in Skyrim!
And it has nothing at all to do with Brynjolf and Mercer being un-marriageable. Nope!
