Cas, let me introduce you to another one of Twst Izzy's friends
Jean-Luc (Or simply Lu) Which is the Twist version of Jean Bob
Lu comes from a noble family that moved from Fleur City to the Kingdom
He became friends with Izzy after she defended him from some noble children who were bullying him (the children used to tease him about his accent)
Here are some interesting facts
-When he were children, Lu used to be quite cowardly in dangerous situations; he would hide behind Izzy or Fin
-Currently, just like Fin, he's going to RSA and his personality has changed a lot too (becoming more conceited and boastful, although he still hides behind fin when there is danger)
-He was in the drama club and the swimming club (he's one of the best swimmers, or at least that's what he boasts about)
Between this and Bluey's friend, that's two childhood friend characters in Disney-related properties named Jean Luc who go their separate ways I've seen so far.
Just based off Izzy's no-nonsense personality, she probably rolls his eyes at this new image Jean-Luc's crafted for himself since she can see right through it. But she also knows it's far from a bad thing to want a fresh start.
