If you've lived in Tijuana for any extended period of time in the past few decades, you're likely aware of El Fénix — name given to them due to the fact that no matter how many times they've died, they seem to rise from the ashes akin to the phoenix of legend. Ironically, despite their clear animal tie-in, Phoenix is más como un tiburón, if you know what I mean. If you're at the club looking to meet a girl and see a glimmering golden bodysuit, it's already too late. For the same reason, I wouldn't trust them around my money either. Seems this sort of behavior's gotten them in a bit of trouble with a certain group of narco vampires. In particular, something is definitely up with Phoenix and Don Draculon. Whatever happened there will likely remain a mystery, but legend has it the two were once quite close...
