Everybody at camp thinks that Arthur and Charles take these long walks into the wood because they fuck, but honestly, they just have quality time together, holding hands and birdwatching on the hills of the Heartlands. They adore the migration of geese and Charles is the only one that is allowed to see the drawings of birds inside Arthur's journal (except for Hosea, who also got a free pass because he's the one that gifted him the journal). They also like to braid their horses' mane and tail.
Javier is fucking DONE with Bill Williamson. He's THIS 👌 close to punching him. Bill invites him to a robbery at least once a week, and they are always super shitty robberies where they gain something like 10 dollars total. Then Bill rents a room for them in town, they drink together, come back to the room, stumble into the bed and- Bill chickens out. EVERY TIME. If Javier tries to tell him that -yeah, I got it, you are trying to "smoothly" rent a room so we can fuck- Bill IMMEDIATELY gets super defensive and DENIES EVERYTHING. They've been at this stalling point for a g e s. It usually ends up with Javier telling him "At least sets up a better robbery next time" until the day when Javier finally snaps, pushing Bill against a wall and getting into the action as soon as they get into the room so that Bill can't even begin to talk bullshit.
