I like to think that Jaster adopting Jango is NOT “thirty year old grown man with all his shit together fathering a young boy through the trauma of losing his family” but rather closer to “frat house picks up traumatized child and turns him feral”. Jaster Mereel is twenty-five and has never been allowed to babysit. The rest of his company isn’t much better but mostly because Jango is also an ASSHOLE of a child and they’ve unanimously decided that he’s Jaster’s problem.
They raise him on field rations for the first three years. Jango learns how to cook out of self defense because Jaster thinks this is fine.
Jango climbs cupboards to steal cake when he’s grounded. Jaster doesn’t actually know what grounding a kid entails. He never reads a parenting book because Jango seems,,, fine??? But this is mostly because Jaster’s not an asshole and treats him like a little person. Mistake, tho,,, Jaster treats him like a little adult. Does not understand that you do not hand the kid the keys to the ship and expect him not to go on a joy ride.

Prev post about my Codex - First Post
A little about structure
So there aren't many of you intrested on my little—I mean massive, i have no illusions on this being short anymore—I've started working on it again and I have to say... I don't think anyone whom(is this grammatically correct?) had attempted to write the codex tried to write it or perceived it as i did.
And this being, as i have come to suspect, because the version of Jaster Mereel living rent free in my head is kind of a teenager that was exiled and started freeing slaves got yoinked by the supercommandos and gold 'aye u lil' babi needs to like actually make an informed decision on what you want to become' and jaster started online studying at the Legislatory University of Keldabe(lovely real sounding word heh?) and then became after writing the codex the ori'ramikade alor and then bam mand'alor.
So yeah. My Jaster is different.
NOW ONTO STRUCTURE
What makes my Codex so different? Well at least why do I, a random gremlin pretending to possess sentience on the internet, puts this allegation forward, you ask?
Or at least i hope you are because one should always stand to be skeptical about shit you read and see, especially on the internet.
Now to properly examine why I am so certain of there being obvious differences, one needs to examine the situation wherein we find ourselves—don't mind me being pompous with my writing, I'm training to Jaster-ify this shit.
FIRSTLY, I started this project in 2026 after many—and i shall here, state that I have not found every version of the Supercommando Codex people have willingly shared, and that I also am very isolated from the community, by ignorance willful as it may be at times—so I didn't quite start from scratch like those that came before.
THUS comes my SECOND point. I will state that it is only natural that I—a writer and star wars fan, and someone many times being told I have a case of the tism—read what i stumbled upon, and, inevitably as it may be considering we all are but amalgams of what we have consumed throughout our individual lives, have come to take inspiration. This is to say, that for those would would accuse me of being uncreative or having idiotically i don't know, copied someone else's work?please comment, I'm really curious about what they'll be.
THIRDLY most Supercommando Codexes I have stumbled upon have been more list than monograph... So there's that. It's kinda a big distiction???
FOURTH should I link all the philo and ethics and sociological and... Yeah maybe I should link all the shit i read to write out this damn codex.... Squints at the horizon dramatically
FIFTH and here i shall pedantly just copy paste the definition of a monograph and put a link were people much smarter and more rigirous than I explain it :
'The English term monograph is derived from modern Latin monographia, which has its root in Greek.[1] In the English word, mono- means 'single' and -graph means 'something written'.[2].
Unlike a textbook, which surveys the state of knowledge in a field, the main purpose of a monograph is to present primary research and original scholarship. This research is presented at length, distinguishing a monograph from an article.'
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monograph
https://www.ebsco.com/research-starters/literature-and-writing/monograph
https://claybaugh.scholars.harvard.edu/pages/how-read-scholarly-monograph
Yeah I'll let you do your research if you're more interested, i found multiple different.
OK now you have the general for by which my Supercommando Codex presents itself.
Each nominal chapter shall:
- present itself with an introduction and subparts
- present itself with a chapter list of content
- have each sub-section adress at the least 25-40 commandements and at most 80
- have commandements organised by themes even within a singular subpart
- have each commandement associated to a myth or historical anecdote
- have each historical anecdote, after being explicitely associated to a commandement shall be followed by an explenation and clarification fitting the interpretation of the myth through the commandement
- have at the least 3 myths associated to a subsection with a maximum of 6

Tale of Vasnuu'r the Curious : On Concordia there exists a tale, long preceeding the Ori'Dar'Jetii Akaan, one living and preserved, a lesson to teach the ones seeking to Become. _________________________________________________________________
It is the story of a young ad'ika named Vasnuu'r, one adamant they were ready to bear the weight, ready to be the verd they dreamed to become.
They were an ad'ika eager to grow, a curious ad'ika whom came, one day, to their Goran with a perculiar question—having tried, stubbornly, the entirety of the previous week to vest themself of the iron skin their Runi'Alor had forged for them.
"It shall be today, that I Vasnuu'r future Verd of Clan Farsi shall bear the skin of our people!" They had said on teh first day, later a mere hour later admiting—a mere quarter of an hour—they had overreached their body.
"It is today," they had boomed the next day, "That I the brave ven'drashaar ori'verd, shall train wearing the beskar'gam!"
The Goran, a patient soul named Kad'Solop'je, had watched the vaar'ad'ika with knowing eyes. For 5 days, each morning, Vasnuu'r had come, each morning pronoucing their readiness to all those who would hear, each afternoon, when the sun reached it's apex over the city, they would return yaim, divesting themselves. Nursing bruised shoulders and strained muscles.
On the 6th day, Vasnuu'r did not boast, the quiet had returned. Kad'Solop'je the wise, sat in their forge, sketching in coal the set of another growing vaar'verd'ika, waiting, for they knew, one as stubborn as the child they had gifted their first set of Beskar'gam half a tenday ago, would come back.
And Vasnuu'r did, they came back to the smouldering forges, training kute over their form, attached to it were their training set, a question onto their tongue, heavy like a shackle.
Carrying the past week's failures, Vasnuu'r voiced, "Ner Ori'runi nau'braar," they had started, shoulders low, "am I unworthy of mine own beskar skin? Do I not bear the Verd'Runi'e?"
Kad'Solos'je set down their coal, turning to face the kar'mir'oya(widom) sur'eyir, they pointed their hammer to the ad'ika's bes'kar'ta, to the vaar'verd'ika's kar'ta beskar, "what sits here?" They asked the child.
"Passion," Vasnuu'r answered within the same beat.
The hammer pointed to their helmed head, "and here?" The wise Goran asked.
"My mind?" Vasnuu'r answered uncertain.
Kad'Solos'je nodded before standing, walking to the vaar'adat, hammer back on their belt hanging at the naur'alor's hip. Coal stained gloves landed on thin armoured shoulder-plates, "what bears the weight if my hands, kih'Vasnuu'r?" They asked tone that of a wisened teacher, heir voice ringing through the air, transformed by their vocoder.
"My-? My body?"
"And what is housed within?"
"Me?"
The goran shook their head, "What is housed within?" They repeated to the ad'ika.
"That which makes me? Mine runi?"
Kad'Solos'je smiled behind their buy'ce, "what is beskar'gam?" They asked voice harder, more demanding.
"Ner runi made material? Ner- ner at- ner at'alii'ade(before family people, an old manner to refer to one's ancestors). Ner laare?[1]" The vaar'ad'ika stutteredvoice faint.
The wise Werlaare teller nodded harsh and sharp, their beskar singingin acquiescance. "And what, sha'verd'ika have you failed to do?"
Vasnuu'r stilled, disbelief and outrage filling them, then stillness followed, a spark of curiosity singing though their runi, "I failed? How could i fail Ori'goran?" Vasnuu'r asked.
"What is the body?" the Goran asked.
Vasuu'r's eyes widened behind their visor.
"What is the manner by which one should treat that which bears our skin?" The Goran continued. "Why do you come here, 6 days after I gifted you your shell? What differentiates a Mando'e Verd'atad from an aruetii?"
"I failed to follow the way… I failed to treat that which carries my bes'runi- I failed to treat my beskar'gam with reverance-"
"You have."
Vasnuu'r lowered their head, bringing a fist to their chest, slamming onto durasteel a glove covered fist.
"Have you learned?" The Goran asked, metal singing despite none forging.
Vasnuu'r straightened, "E'lek."

Hi! I love your art sm, it's so tasty!
Since you wanted requests, what about some fluffy Jango and Boba? Just them hanging out around their apartment or smth? Or Jaster, cause I love your design for him.
Or Commander Fox? Idk if you've ever drawn him before but he's a favorite of mine and I'd love to see your design for him.
Obviously you don't have to do anything you don't want to, but I hope this helps you find smth to draw. Have a good timezone!
I’ve combined your jaster ask with the fluff jango and boba ask to make a jaster teaching jango (and friends) some mando lore (and as far as the fox goes I’ve drawn him in armor a few times and I’m still refusing to draw him without a helmet cause I don’t wanna pick a look)
