I can see your point but I'm not sure it'll really have any negative impact on the show getting picked up again, especially because fandom response to the leaks so far has been really, really small (+ most of the response has been positive). But if multiple people have the same concerns then I'll take it down. What do you guys think?

What did they say about huntlow being canon??? I’m regards to your tag
So every time a fan asked a spoiler related question Cissy would say 'tune in on Oct. 15th, etc. etc' and some of the question were about Caleb and such, and one fan asked if Huntlow would become canon to which Cissy said again to tune in. It's not definitely canon there's just small possibility it might be. I don't really care either way but it's something for the many Huntlow fans on this site.

Most of what I remember about Flame probably isn't even canon so I honestly don't know if his character depth is headcannons or canon material.
He is, SO angry all the time. Like a chihuahua.
Wouldn't say wasted potential per se because if Flame was further developed I think we would be even more overwhelmed by the amount of characters in the main cast. However he does have a lot of potential. I think we all want to know what would happen if such a furious guy got his hands on a medical degree (and also how).

Love Hunter's big nose. You don't wanna to know how many friends I've had tell me they didn't like their nose and wanted to get a nose job when they're old enough, it's really sad so I'm super grateful we get a prominent character with a big nose. Also in general he just looks so cool. I hope more visdev artists realize 'yes you can have character designs with big noses that aren't evil make more characters with big noses'. The GG mask is rad also.
Honestly my life wasn't nearly as fucked up by religious institutions as Hunter's was but I still see just a teeny tiny bit of myself in Hunter. Trying to decide if abandoning a religious institution is worth it because it likely means you'll have to sever most ties to your family something something.
Only because the way fandom characterizes Hunter sometimes terrify me, particularly 'Hunter that's violently possessive of Willow'. Hunter would never, he trusts his friends (including Willow) enough not to treat them like animals. Ugh.
Other than that I have no observations about him lol.
Emerald Entrails is easily one of my favourite dynamics, though I'm probably biased bc it reminds me of my swim team days. I also love the way his character complements basically any character he meets. Luz vs. Hunter is just 'Neurotipical kid society branded as a failure' vs. 'burnt out gifted kid cast aside'. Amity vs. Hunter is just two different flavours of gifted kid burn out (one with support system / one without). Hunter, Gus and Willow are all also talented kids that where failed by the system. Wow actually I think the whole main cast is just about how various institutions just manage to fuck children up on different levels. Anyway where was I
