Literally means "mountain country ham." A cured ham that is served in every part of Spain. The meat is salted for up to two days, rinsed, and then cured for anywhere between a year and eighteen months.
Saquitos de masa filo
Ingredientes:
-Hojas de masa filo
-Mantequilla
-Cebollino
-Relleno que se prefiera, yo he usado queso de cabra, sobrasada, miel y jamón serrano
Preparación:
Derretimos la mantequilla y la usamos a modo de “pegamento” entre dos hojas de masa filo. Cortamos las hojas en cuadros y rellenamos cada cuadro, con cuidado, para que pueda cerrarse. Para cerrarlo cogemos las puntas y las juntamos. Con las hojas de cebollino las envolvemos y hacemos un lazo.Hornear unos 20 minutos.
