✿ ハモン・セラーノ | Jamón Serrano ・スペインは元々、世界一の生ハム生産量を誇る国ですが、その生産量の9割ほどをハモンセラーノが占めています。名前の由来ですがハモンは「ハム」を意味し、セラーノは「山の」という意味の言葉です。つまり「山のハム」という名称になりますが、その名の通りスペインのなかでも、山岳地域でさかんに作られていることからこの名前が付けられたといわれています。 ・塩漬けにした豚肉を長期間気温の低い乾いた場所に吊るして乾燥させる。主に改良種の白豚の後脚から作られ、ハモン・セラーノは鮮やかなピンク色でやわらかい食感と塩味が特徴。アラゴンのテルエル産、グラナダのトレベレス産などが有名。
