Facts/Notes:

Normal Form

 Jack’s twin split hat has moons at the end

The arm sleeves are similar to Lunar’s

He added little “wingies” to his shoes as a little “homage” to the wings in his “baby” form.

Arms are slightly mismatched, but not by a lot, just kinda like… reverse colors on the other arm

He keeps the friendship bracelet from Dazzle safe and protected under his arm sleeve (the left one to be specific), it's identical to Sun's!

"Baby" Form

Looks similar to a floating pumpkin head

Uses Dazzle’s friendship bracelet as a necklace of sorts

His cloak is the neck thing on his normal form

Their vine wraps around the little puff ball thing in a star shape.

Side Notes:

 I almost made the “baby” form look more chao like, but decided against it :)
