What's your next move?

During the 1960s, many so-called youth clubs were opened in Zagreb. The most famous ones were "Josip Kulušić" in Hrvojeva street, "Mladost" on today's Ban Jelačić Square, the "Centar" in Gundulićeva street and "Jabuka" on Jabukovac. These locations weren't only popular places for concerts and dancing, but also for all kinds of cultural manifestations, which the youth organized by themselves. The youth club on Jabukovac was founded in the rooms of the Socialist Youth Association's League for Peace. There, you could listen to music which hasn't even been played on Radio Luxembourg yet, because they had a connection to a shareholder of a foreign record label, who brought them records before they were released abroad. Now, over 50 years after its opening, the city of Zagreb wants to close this unique and legendary place. ,,Bivše djevojčice, bivši dječaci” Crvena Jabuka

Crv u jabuci si. Našla sam sabljicu koju je Samir donio davno i rekao mi da pazim prste, ona reže jednom i nema nazad. Zapravo savršena je bila za ovaj poduhvat, više spremno nego spretno, prerezala sam jabuku. Uspjela sam. Dva nejednaka dijela su pala na sto. Milujem lijevu stranu, zelenu i pomalo suhu. Između dva zdrava jajnika i čvrsta kora, moj razum. Na desnoj strani nema crva srećom, samo debeli put sa povremenim stanicama na lijevoj strani. Gorko truhlo crnilo. Mjerkam mogu li ga ukloniti, nešto zdravo iskoristiti i u tom pokušaju polovica mi se raspadne po cijelom dlanu. Sranje. Grublje od planiranog je ubacim u kantu i brzo potrčim da operem ruke vrelom vodom. Pogledam se u ogledalo pa pojurim da milujem, ljubim i mirišem onu drugu polovicu. Volim te M.
