I hate to compare actors or say he/she are the next this person but I will say it here this one time:

Sam Reid is the Philip Seymour Hoffman/ James Gandolfini of his generation. The performance I saw from Sam this morning has me spellbound. Hours after seeing his grand performance, I am still affected and stunned by his brilliant talents. I know Rolin can't believe the goldmine he got with Sam, and he's the one to push him forward to mainstream.

Jacob Anderson's talents reminds me of Sidney Poitier and Paul Newman. Quiet, reserved, strong, suave, and effective. Despite a reduced role this season, when he's on screen he dominates it. You can't take your eyes off of him. He commands your attention as he shows his wide range of emotions from strength, anger, comedy, heartbreak, sensitivity, and intelligence. May I add Jacob is so much more sexier this season? The industry better recognize what they have with him? A generational talent.

No wonder Rolin wants to keep them as long as possible.
