I didn't know if it was just bl characters or not so I'll just do two lists :

1. Saint Suppapong as Tutor. ( Why R U the series)

It is Saint's best role to date. The character is complex, the acting is superb, the emotions displayed are amazing. He's not just a stern guy with problems, he can be soft, he can be strong. He's perfect.

2. Off Jumpol as Khai (Theory of Love)

I just love Khai. His development, his whole character. Yes he was a dumb asshole in the beginning but he grew up. His acting, man his acting. He was soooo good. He made me cry. His emotions were displayed so well. He loved his friends, he made mistakes but made amends for them too. And in the end, all the shit that the others throw at him, he just accepts it. It hurt me. When he wasn't at fault for the kiss with girl and everyone blamed him, he blamed himself and I wanted to just hug him and tell him, no it's not. He's my baby.

3. Gun as Third (Theory of Love)

Gun is such an amazing actor and I loved Third's struggles. He's shown to be a pushover at first, but as the show progresses his character completely changes. He knows when to stand his ground, he knows how to protect himself and others. He might be hurting but he's not cruel. He's strong and he shows it throughout the series. I love him.

4. Nut Nutchapong as Nueng (Grey Rainbow)

Grey Rainbow in itself is such a touching show. It's gentle and warm and heartwarming, heartbreaking as well. I had difficulty choosing in between Porsche and Nueng but I prefer Nueng I guess. The moment he realised that both of them loved each other, he went all in. He loved with all his heart, whether it was Jean or Porsche. He was so compassionate, so straightforward, so perfect in every sense. A person like Nueng can not be forgotten. He's the kind of guy that could warm up the coldest heart with his earnestness. He loved Porsche. Their moments as just friends, the way he cared for him after the incident, the way he was always so worried about him. Aah. The feels. The acting was superb.

5. Fandy Fan as Hsia Yu Hao (History 2: Crossing the Line)

This is such a cute show. So adorable. Fandy was sooooooo cute. He fell in love with Qui Zi Xuan and was just a pupppppy. He kept doing things for him, staring at him, being happy at being complimented. He was soo cute that I couldn't take my eyes off him.

Honorable mention: Nine Kornchid as Kit (2 moons 2)

Nine owned the role. Out of all the 2 moons characters, Kit was the one with the most story to work with I think. His character was snarky, sarcastic, had a good wholesome love story, from being wooed and being flustered and then developing the relationship and trust. Kit was a trustworthy and good friend, an intelligent to-be doctor, straight and snarky with words, but a total teddy bear. He didn't like the games Ming played, but didn't want to hurt him. He didn't want to believe in love, but felt happy being wooed.

Plus I love nine so. No gif for nine, because only 10 gifs allowed per post. So....

Top 5 male characters in general

1. Lee Min Ho as Gu Jun Pyo (Boys over flowers)

It was any first ever kdrama and Gu Jun Pyo. Aah I have no words. He's hilarious. And lovable. And funny and cute and everything. He was so stupid and dumb but so pitiful at the same time. How he could suddenly believe that Geum Jan Do likes him? That scene still cracks me up to this day

2. Ji Chang Wook as Seo Jung Ho (Healer)

My favorite kdrama to date, Ji Chang Wook was amaaaazing as healer. All rounded, hot, sometimes adorable, always fiesty and intelligent. He was so well matched with Park Min Young. She was as strong as him. He never undermined her and they always moved shoulder to shoulder, side by side. I loved the feminist vibes as a whole.

3. Cho Seung Woo as Hwang Shi Mok (Secret Forest)

Cho Seung Woo is a brilliant actor and this serial, OMG the suspense, the ease with which it's done. It's perfect. He was cool calm composed, unearthing secrets, tenacious. He couldn't feel but he was so hurt by the ones they lost. Aah. Hwang Shi Mok. U are a gem.

4. Park Hyeung Shik as Ahn Min Hyuk (Strong Woman Do Bong Soon)

Aaaah Park Hyeung Shik was sooooo cute here. He was perfect. He loved Do Bong Soon just as she was, loved her strength. He was always so supportive of her and he was super duper intelligent and fun loving.

5. Nam Joo Hyuk as Jung Joon Hyun (Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo)

The bestest friend, the perfect loving boyfriend, funny, hot body and all around a beautiful person. Need I say more?

1. Alexander Skarsgård 

Oh My Goodness. This man, oh this man. Words fail me when I try to describe him. He’s talented, he’s modest, fucking hot and still so adorable. He’s a complete package. I first saw him as Eric Northman in True Blood and I was a goner. His whole family is chock full of talent. His dad, his brothers. I mean. And he’s so sweet and modest on top of it. He is true to every character he plays. He is just my all time celebrity crush and as long as I’m alive, I will keep on crushing on him and dreaming about him. Aah my heart is his.

2. Ji Chang Wook

Omo the OG healer, the beautiful man-god. He is just soo pretty and deadly and hot. His role as Healer floored me, and his chemistry with all his onscreen partners is fire. I can’t say I love all his series because I wasn’t interested to watch melting me softly, buttttt he’s just so perfect and I can never not like him. I wish he does a great series soon so I can see his acting chops and his flawless self on screen. He has talent and has done some amazing work in the past, so I’m excited to see what he does in the future. Naked gif, cz why not. Feast your eyes people!

3. Arden Cho

Okay this might come as a surprise, because I don’t think she’s well known. But Arden is utterly amazing. She’s talented and sweet, an actress, a singer, a business owner, youtuber. I reaallly really like her new album, her songs are always on repeat for me. She tries to do her best in everything. She isn’t perfect but nobody is and that’s why I love her more. The first time I saw her was in a random movie and I recognized her immediately when she came on as Kira in teenwolf. And since then, she has grown so much. She works hard and supports the community. She is just a beautiful person inside out. If you guys haven’t heard her new album, please do so. It’s available on youtube and spotify and all the other platforms. It might not be your cup of tea, but u never know!

4. Lee Min Ho

Okay very divided over this one. But I have to admit. He has a charm. Okay maybe not that much of a charm. But almost all his dramas seem to work. They might not all be top notch or all at the same level, but they are good. And the dramas that are good, are bloody awesome. Faith, remember anyone? Ohh he was daebak in that. Legend of the Blue Sea might be a watered down My Love From the Stars, but it was still very good. Dunno, I can’t really explain it, but I wish he does more work and keeps getting better and better. I would watch his work without a second thought because I really think he’s that good.

5. Nine Kornchid and Saint Suppapong

Okay. It’s a tie. And I can’t go without mentioning these two because I love Nine and I love Saint too. But just in a they are really good sweet kids and I wish them the very best in the world way. Because they are kids for me. But I can’t exclude them from this list because they do have a place in my heart.

Nine is soo adorable. I just love how hardworking and talented he is at such a young age. He truly has brought such joy in my life. No matter how my day has been, reading about his always makes it better. He juggles work, school, relationships, practice, working out and still at the end of the day never ignores his fans. My aim in life is to be as adorable as Nine. Haha. Seriously. He inspires me to do better. When I don’t feel like working out or studying, I always think, Nine is just a kid and he does all this and comes out on top. So I can do this too.

And Saint. Oh the ever-talented Saint. He has been through so much but he still has such a sweet caring and hardworking personality. The boi has buckets full of talent and he’s bloody humble. His acting is already top notch and i really wish he goes far in the future. He made his place in my heart purely through his talent and his personality. He’s so professional and dedicated to his work, he doesn’t care about his allergies or whatnot, he just does what needs to be done. He’s always taking care of others. I just wish he’s always healthy and happy and no matter how many hardships come his way, he never loses his strength.

See. I don’t have rose-tinted glasses on. I’m too old for that. I know both these kids are human and normal people. So I don’t expect them or anyone to be angelic and pure. But I like who they are right now and hope they have happy successful lives. Plus these two got me into the BL fandom, Tumblr and being a fangirl in general so I will always be grateful to them as I have met wonderful people and made great friends because of this.
