“Family’s up!”
There’s a flurry of bodies pulling chairs and settling in at the long table to devour the freshly-cooked comfort before the evening service.
“Sous chef,” Logan calls, passing a dish of piping hot lobster mac and cheese Brigham’s way.
“Chef,” Brigham accepts timidly, fingers tingling as they brush over his superior’s palm on the intercept. He can’t tell if it’s the heat of the kitchen or something else raising a flush to his cheeks.

Me: *Makes a joke about going to Harvard*
Me: Just kidding, Harvard is one of my least favorite Ivies
Brother: The fact that you have least favorite Ivies does mean that you're pretentious enough to go to an Ivy
Me: That's the nicest thing you've ever said to me, thank you
Ninth House
Am I the only one wondering how yale students/graduates feel about ninth house? I imagine them reading the descriptions and being like: actually, the halls were redecorated so this is inacurrate.

Ivy
At Smith, we’re very big on ivy, and have two big traditions surrounding it. The first is Ivy Day, when alumnae escort seniors on a parade around campus the day before commencement. After, seniors plant ivy "to symbolize the connection between the college and its graduates."
The second tradition is going to the botanic garden to pick up your ivy! Every new Smith student gets an ivy to take care of. According to Smith lore, if you don’t keep your ivy alive all four years you won’t graduate! Though many die rather quickly, others last for a really long time. Mine unfortunately died back in March, but it had a good run, and made me more interested in taking care of plants!
