Sometimes it's hard to make time for the things that make us happy, bring us joy and nurture us as we're going through our fertility journey's. So if you need a reminder to take that time, this is it!

Many people think Cystic Fibrosis just impacts upon your lungs, however it can impact upon every aspect of an individuals body including their fertility.

I am feeling beyond blessed to announce that after 19 months of doctors and hospital appointments, 1 operation for me, 1 round of #ICSI (the form of IVF we required), 14 home injections, a trip to theatre and a general anaesthetic for my wife, our little miracle is due in October 2019 💫❤️

I am so grateful that I found someone who is willing to spend their life with me despite the set backs I may impose upon theirs due to my CF . Seeing the impact infertility had upon my wife broke my heart, however I am beyond happy that our dream has become true and our family is now complete!

I can now die happy, feeling like I have actually beaten CF! Growing up I was aware of the facts that I may not survive until adulthood; however the reality is completely different to those facts. My life is more fulfilled despite my CF then I could have ever imagined, and to say that I will soon become a Daddy is something I never imagined would actually happen.

I was having dream about doing early pregnancy test every single nite and sometimes woke me up....

This morning, I had 3 different dreams about getting negative tests😭😭😭😭

So when I woke up I decided to do the test. I only had one left and will expired end of this month so it meant to be testing today!

And............

I got super faint line!!!!!!!! First when I was waiting I couldn’t see nothing so I was about to cry but when it was almost time to finish.. the line has appeared😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I know I shouldn’t be excited yet but can’t stop being excited to see this line!! I was waiting and waiting and waiting for almost2 years to see this line again!

Now.... I just wait to get by beta on 1st of August.

I think my embryo is trying so hard for us to stuck in my Belly! Gracias gracias gracias!

It’s been a while. I know. Honestly, nothing exciting has been happening in my life since our final lining check. Started Progesterone, check! That wasn’t so bad. The bruising is minimal and it only stings a little when the hubby gets relatively near a prior injection hole. 

TOMORROW is the day! Tomorrow we get implanted with our 1st embaby. It’s surreal knowing that tomorrow may very well be the day we get and stay pregnant! It’s also terrifying to know that tomorrow we get implanted, but the embaby may not stick and we won’t find that out til October 3rd (unless i test early, which lets be honesty... i probably will).
