Happy Cinco de Mayo! Happy 505 Day! 🐔🐔Today we smoked wings and then tossed them @Kosmos.q Honey BBQ Wing Dust. Then we brushed them with a @505southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chili & Honey glaze. We then popped them in the air fryer for just a few minutes to caramelize the glaze. Oh my gosh, they were amazing! The perfect combination of sweet and a little heat. 🔥🔥 On a side note, we have really enjoyed sharing our @505southwestern flame roasted green chili creations over the past month. 🐷🐷Ribs for dinner and tonight - man, they were good! Seasoned them with @MeatChurch Deez Nuts. Part way into the cook we wrapped them in pink butcher paper from @MeatHugger. These ribs turned out amazing! This was our first time wrapping our ribs in pink butcher paper - definitely not the last! That was fun! Farm Stock 2020 is a wrap. Thanks to Jon Smail for setting that all up in just 40 days (no small feat). We were set up in a big, open field (as socially distant as you want). We really thought we had a chance at first in every category. Felt like we fired on all four cylinders.
