This item has the ability to change the center ot gravity in a 50 feet area while being locked in that position by simply turning it in one of four directions, having everything and everyone move in that direction, the device has three charges of direction change before requiring a long and short rest to recharge, if the player abuses the item or tries to use it without waiting the appropriate time, the dm rolls a dice, if it’s 6 and up, the device simply breaks with rare and expensive materials to fix it, if it’s 5 or lower, then the device has the center of gravity being stuck in the direction the user had it in, breaking it is the only solution
A cursed ring with a curse of gambling. Every single action now requires a die of the DM’s choice to be rolled. Want to walk across the room? Roll to see if you fall on your face, or if you make it! Want to take a long rest, or talk to literally anyone, or even stand around? Roll! The rest of the party will still be able to complete these simple actions normally, the curse only extends to the wearer. Note: if the party manages to get an NPC of any sort to wear it instead, the DM now rolls for every single action they take.
