So, like, wouldn't it be awesome if there were a spin off/one-shot manga (ala No Regrets) but its our girl Mikasa and Levi-The-Bastard-Who-Never-Dies having the long-awaited Ackertalk? I'm saying this purely from a fan's perspective and not necessarily as a shipper. Like, these two badass characters who made it through until the end, both reeling from loss and trauma...and then, oh hey, we should really talk. And it just gives enough closure that we're all happy and selfishly get to see more of these two badasses.
Putting ships aside and just speaking as a Mikasa stan, I would love to see Mikasa explore more of her independence as a woman/character/boss queen outside of a male figure. Not pining over someone and just discovering herself and her own reasons for being.
