Dolly isnt part of the main cast of welcome home, obviously. She is a mascot of a popular confectionaire store back in the 60s, Doll's Delights. The company that owns Doll's Delight was a major sponsor of the Welcome Home franchise. Doll's Delights would often sell Welcome Home themed treats to the masses helping boost the show's popularity. At the present, Doll's Delight no longer exists. It is speculated that the store's parent company went bankrupt.
Dolly the muppet herself was made in the late stages of the Welcome Home series as a tribute to Doll's Delights. She is a living easter egg. Although a puppet of hers was made, Dolly never had an official introduction in the series, only having backround appearances in the later episodes before the Welcome Home series was pulled off airs.

I've said as much elsewhere but I wanted to weigh in here (also before tomorrow's episode, bc I'm curious if I'll have to come back and be like: oops nvm)
So, my read of Fadel's behavior at the gym was that he was initially genuinely being flirty and trying out the whole boyfriend thing.
But also, Fadel is a hitman, so he's probably very well acquainted with fear. Style was terrified. And it seemed to me like the shift in his behavior happened gradually as it became clearer that Style was specifically afraid of him.
Seeing that, at least as far as he was concerned, he wasn't doing anything that warranted it, something must be up with Style. And I don't think he's going to let that go without trying to figure it out.
