gaara, obviously, means no harm. but it's not like shika can read minds lmao. not to mention he still has mild ptsd from gaara's, uh, past behavior.

chorus repeat. during which, kankuro also notices shika, immediately understands tf is going on (unlike gaara ofc who genuinely saw no implication in shika's behavior), and just naturally pans the conversation to something else, placing a hand on gaara's back and leaving with him together to talk to someone else (oh look, that's naruto!! gaara, let's go say hi!!).

words are accompanied by upbeat music again. shika guides temari to the dancing floor, holding her hand. he tries to sway her gently (idiot!) like she's a delicate flower, because she's a lady. a nobility. so there's etiquette. he's gotta do this right, yea?

temari grabs him firmer, taking the lead in the dance. it grows more lively, along with the change of the beat, matching temari's fiery personality.

chorus repeat. they continue dancing, i'd probably focus on the movements of their feet (temari stepping forward and shika stepping back, bit of a role reversal) with shika subtly manipulating the shadows around them to form into a heart underneath them.

shika looks into temari's eyes. she is smiling wide, like girl's having a blast damn!!, which he obviously finds flattering. big success. the beat ends with the view on shika's lower half of the face, as a smirk creeps up on his lips on the emphasis 'real' bad things.
