User called in about iPhone being locked and it giving message that the phone was locked for 5 minutes and to try to login after the five minutes.  User was told to try to access the phone again after 5 minutes. User was on the phone with my roommate who works the same job and project as me. Call ended at 3:59
THREE minutes later, User calls back and get me. He says he just called in and was told to wait 5 minutes. He says he waited five minutes. I check the time. It has NOT been five minutes. It is 4:02. Â
I tell the user to hold on while I pull up his account. I do not pull up his account. I mute the mic and complain to my roommate/coworker about the user. At 4:04 I hear him say “Hold on, it’s letting me in now.”Â
I unmute the mic and say, “Awesome. Sounds like you’re good to go now then. Have a great day.”Â
His phone call to me was literally pointless. He just didn’t want to wait the five minutes for the phone to unlock.Â
