Project Mean Bean aka “Project Latte”

This is an AU taking place after the 3rd movie where Robotnik decides he should actually do something with clone tech(based on that one covo with Stone as well as inspired by @technically-human's Pebble and Egg)

So he creates what he believes is a perfect being by combining his DNA with Stone's. Rob thinks that creating something with his intelligence and Stone's skill will cause less stress for his beloved assistant. He also believes this being will be a great help around the lab with his various experiments.

Stone finds out about this being when bringing Rob coffee. They talk, and Stone feels unsure at first before it clicks that this “clone” is basically a child between the two. Rob is still only seeing this as an experiment/creation.

Rob is a little more than upset about the clones appearance, but Stone loves them immediately. (He really should have expected this, considering red hair is a dominant gene)

Their name is Ishi, which translates to Stone in Japanese.
