hot take but like. can we all please figure out the difference between mental health positivity and diagnosing random strangers on the internet with a mental illness based on one symptom that could indicate almost anything
#personal#im tired of posts like 'i struggle w being emotionally open' and immediately seeing 20 people saying that means they like#bpd or ptsd or whatever we're all talking about at the time#like i'm ok w self dx but like. maybe let people do that themselves and encourage them to research thoroughly#and then when they figure it out or they go get professionally diagnosed we provide them with resources and a community#and being like 'oh ive noticed x symptom comes up w people who have y disorder and its not really talked abt'#is gr8#but like. leave it at that
