I think Steven would also be a great match for Tony - they both have a taste for the finer things in life, and Steven would be far more comfortable than Marc in some of the more elaborate settings Tony finds himself in. Jake I think would have a hard time initially. He's used to the 'common folk,' he might even look down on Tony. I also imagine there'd be a bit of a personality clash. But give them time and they'd come 'round.

Even before any dating developed, Tony would overall be more accepting of the MK system. He has a wild reputation, and anyone who isn't in his inner circle or isn't a past colleague absolutely has him pinned as a playboy eccentric above anything else. Fighting his past, Tony absolutely knows what it means to be underestimated. I think he'd have a far higher tolerance for MK, and could look past the fearmongering about them being "crazy" much easier. If any Avenger would be forgiving of the Age of Khonshu, it would probably be Tony.

BTW I don't hate Pepper or Greer here we aren't doing that. I am also not above polyamory. They'd at least have some great conversations.
