My focus is simple - just live every second of every day. Not in the past. The past is rarely how we remember it. It is clouded by emotions and bias. The future is not a guarantee. All we have is right now, this moment. I have been training for #ironman Arizona for a few months now, amazed at how far I have come, yet, excited about how much further I will go. But most importantly, I love where I am right this second. This journey has been amazing, and with just over 18 weeks to go, it is really just getting started. For me, the last 43 years have been training to get me right here, right now.
