Rewatching Rerir flashback made me realized how much everything in Khaenriah is fused with the Irminsul, there is branches everywhere, in their homes, corridors, workplace etc…
Also there is lyratum growing on the branches wich means they are most likely dying or weathering
I wonder if King Irmin//Irminsul, was linked to the tree in a way that directly affected it physically.
Maybe the people of Khaenri’ah could see the branches react to the king’s growing madness, with them visibly dying inside their own homes or spreading even further
Also the flower in Khaenriahn glowing in the dark is very precious to me
With the recent notice of a resemblance to dottores mask with the shimmering woods namecard
I inverted the colors out of curiosity
The colors are kinda similar to irminsul 👀
Irminsul the world tree presenting computer-like characteristics and aesthetic because it runs on Python (Nibelung) 😭 genshin and its stupid ass puns😭😭

the wanderer becoming the new irminsul theory makes me sick with the way how it sounds like a probable scenario…
the emphasis put on his origins of being from Irminsul, with them introducing his core made of Irminsul branches, and how it is so so important.. and that it actually already served its purpose to save the world? and him being so quick with sacrificing himself? accepting his death already?
the ‘hero’ title being thrown here and there—the first time in simulanka and the next his small hint of an envy at durin getting a chance of ‘kind of’ becoming one (through him replacing the dragonspine-durin and averting the crisis so in parallel he would replace the burned Irminsul and avert the crisis)
and this part from the husk of opulent dreams??
his body.. tales.. distant memories flowing through the ley lines..
istg if he becomes the ley lines the world will not see me for years…..
praying for them to take a different route to do with his conflicts w fate!!!! fighting against the teyvat’s pre-written fate..
I think Nahida is more of a "sister" to Wanderer than The Shogun tbh. The two irminsulings share so many similarities and every interaction they have always feels like I'm watching an inquisitive/mildly autistic and kind hearted little sister trying to understand and help her burnt out/antisocial big brother see the positive in life again after he was released from prison. They both are just two little weirdos cut from the same tree.
