Wing care Hau can often been found preening when he has a moment to spare, or during conversations. It takes a lot of upkeep to keep his feathers neat, especially now the wings are as big as they are. He has molts about 2-3 times a year, seeing as he gets a lot of use out of the feathers and they need to be in tip top condition for using his powers and flying.

Wing related moves Pokémon moves that can be done with a wing / flapping wings. Hau has currently mastered the following: Fly // Sky Drop // Brave Bird // Gust Reason for these is that they are easier to grasp concept wise. Sky Drop is just picking someone up and dropping / slamming them into the ground, so not a foreign concept like a move relying on magic so to say. As for actual wing related moves he has to practise a bit more though! They're harder to understand for him still.

Super speed Hau can eventually reach the speed of lightning (200 million miles per hour / 322 million km per hour). For now it's a bit less than that, though it's still extremely fast! Think like 500 km per hour!) They can accelerate instantly, on the spot. Whenever they travel they leave static electricity in the air. When they're low on Electric energy however, they go slower. Traveling like this tires them out after a while. They're working on building up stamina for it! They started at being able to do it randomly (ouch cause he ran into doors and walls), but now can control it at least! His stamina lasts for a good 30 minutes in a sparring match & about 8 minutes continuously. Related moves: Extreme Speed

Enhanced senses Hau's senses are enhanced! This means they can hear, smell, see, taste and even feel better for starters. Positives from hearing: Able to discern different sounds and voices. Helps with recreating them through Fairy mist. Being able to hear beings or Pokémon that are hiding / invisible. Drawbacks from hearing: Extremely sensitive to loud & high pitched noises. Sensory overload. More sensitive to sound based attacks. Positives from smelling: Arometherapy is way more effective (and nice scents give a morale boost) Able to discern different plants / foods / things from eachother easier. Drawbacks from smelling: Sensory overload Lungs possibly taking hits with gaseous toxins easier?? maybe??? Positives from seeing: Can see further and clearer. Never needs glasses. Drawbacks from seeing: Sensitive to light / light based moves. Sensory overload. Losing track of specific targets cause of an inability to filter out stuff easily. Positives from tasting: Can taste ingredients in dishes easier. Helps with cooking and making more complicated flavour combos in dishes! Drawbacks from tasting: Strong flavours now pack more of a punch. Hau prefers it in some instances though. Positives from feeling: Reaction time is faster when someone tries to reach for them. Drawbacks from feeling: Touch sometimes hurts. Sensory overload (clothing tags, feeling of things on the skin.)

Pokéspeak Hau can understand Pokémon. This doesn't include Ultra Beast yet, since they are alien and harder to understand for earthlings I feel. This ability came on slowly, and they at first only understood random words and phrases. Nowadays they can easily understand most Pokémon.

Can use Z-moves Hau's able to use Z-moves by himself, as long as he has the Z-crystal somewhere on his body. This means he received a Tapunium Z from the Tapu at some point. I feel like this was when he reached Kahuna status, and Tapu Koko gave it as a present as a sign of recognition of the demi god. Hau unleashed the Z-move Guardian of Alola one time in full (came close to it more than once, though), and destroyed part of the infrastructure of a city on Melemele Island. This caused Tapu Koko to demote them from their Kahuna position.

Tapu Koko side:

Can manipulate electricity Hau can store energy in his body. This stored energy comes from either static electricity in the air, Pokémon moves, or pulling from machines / electricity powered devices. He can in turn also overload machines, making them crash and burn. He slowly generates his own electricity over time, and needs to occasionally get rid of charge when it becomes too much for his body to handle. When he doesn't do this, it results in fevers, muscle aches and headaches, and an overal feeling like he has been hit by a truck. He will also grow moodier, and snaps more easily. He can use Electric type moves that involve throwing electric balls, lightning bolts / thunder, discharge, and can even conjure up a bubble / shield of electric energy! Electric moves that come in contact with his own skin do burn him, but his rapid healing (will touch on that later) practically heals it on the spot.

Can manipulate the weather This is mostly related to rain and thunderstorms! They basically know the move Rain Dance + can conjure up Thunder so! A combo of the two is bound to happen. Rain does also make Thunder hit more often, so it comes in handy!

Fairy-based:

Illusions & mist They can create special, pink-hued mist. It has a light, floral aroma, and can be used to confuse others. Not because of the scent, but because of the ability to isolate someone from their surroundings. They basically can't see anything but mist anymore while this is conjured up (depends on how much mist he makes too of course). This mist can also be used as a light form of Aromatherapy in some cases. As for illusions, Hau can mimic voices and sounds through the mist. This only goes for voices and sounds he's heard before and can recall well. If he can't recall something well, it will still sound off in a way. He can also conjure up images / forms with and within the mist. Same rules apply for that in relation to recalling things!

Healing powers (relating to others) Hau can heal others by giving them some of his own lifeforce (he doesn't know it takes his lifeforce). This lifeforce regenerates over time. All he has to do is hover a hand over the injury, and focus on it. The area will start to glow, and will be healed in x amount of time depending on how big the injury is and how focused Hau is. The healing doesn't hurt, it just feels warm and tingly. Drawbacks for healing others is lowered lifeforce, resulting in exhaustion to varying degrees, headaches, hunger, and in some cases where the injury was big, a fever. He also lowers his own immune system if he heals too much / bigger injuries / a lot of little ones in a row, resulting in him getting sick more often / catching colds.

Rapid self healing Hau's body automatically heals itself after every injury, no matter how small or big. It's relatively fast, though it makes him ache, and often results in exhaustion, hunger, and sometimes a (light) fever. It depends on the injury how fast it's healed, with bigger injuries taking more time. They still hurt just as much, they're just healed faster. Side note: this is why after a spar or fight or practise they immediately grow hungry and then sleepy in that order. They need to replenish from healing and burning energy!

Charm People are more easily charmed by Hau, and often find there's something captivating about him, but can't place their finger on what exactly is causing it.

Tapu Fini side:

Ghosts / spirit world Hau can see the shapes of / forms of ghosts, and slowly is starting to understand what they are saying / communicating to him and the world around them. The spirits vary in shapes, forms and sizes, sometimes resembling just a blob of aura, and sometimes resembling the person (or Pokémon) they used to be.

Waterbending Hau can draw moisture from the air (this was easier to master due to it being a similar feeling to extracting static through the environment) and use it in battle / daily life. This includes moving puddles of water around, making waves, and catching rain when it falls. These powers are relatively new, so they can't move bigger quantities of water just yet. I think they limit is about... maybe 5 liters at once right now? It's also harder to reach far in relation to catching raindrops as they fall. I think the radius is a couple of meters for that at the moment. They're working on making water boil and freeze, though at most they have gotten lukewarm water right now. Freezing IS working well, though, at least in little bits. Archie is their mentor, and is trying to teach them new stuff occasionally.

Breathing underwater He can hold his breath for longer and longer periods of time! Eventually he'll be able to breathe there. He's also working on going deeper and deeper in the ocean, seeing as the water pressure is becoming less and less on his ears and body.
