Trick for people who suck at processing emotions
If you have issues identifying, naming and expressing your emotions, write down how you feel.
Why? Because the informations have to be processed by your "thinking" brain area in order to write so you get to kinda process and express it in a safe way AND you can read it in order to have a distanced view of the [probably] very confused emotional mess you just made.
Doing this on a regular basis will actually decrease your bottled up emotions level and give you more tools to address emotional discomfort if you want to.
