Enjoy the smooth texture and deep flavor of these mashed potatoes that were inspired by Michelin stars. They were made and tested by Amy Jacky. It is easy and quick to cook in the Instant Pot, which makes it a great side dish for any event.
Ingredients: 4 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Chives for garnish.
Instructions: Place the diced potatoes in the Instant Pot. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth. Close the lid, set the vent to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Perform a quick pressure release and open the lid. Drain any excess liquid from the potatoes. Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve hot and enjoy your Michelin-Star Inspired Mashed Potatoes!
