My red flag is not being a smart person and putting cream on an insect bite, but instead itching at it until it's scratched raw and bleeding, so it hurts just enough that it isn't itchy anymore.

Crash Out
Itch
(Content: ex-whumper, whumper turned whumpee, physical violence, addiction, past abuse, fainting, minor insects/insect bites, minor ableist language, homophobia mention)
The old irritation was back and biting. Throwing his phone into the creek had helped a little bit. Being away from the throne had helped a little bit. The drugs only ever made it worse and the drugs were all he had. He twitched endlessly. He hadnât realize how badly he needed it until the urge was right on top of him.
Brother is now moving in January. He was originally moving September but was out of work briefly and used his savings during that time.
Due to this, I'm moving Zoe back down home until then.
Her Eosinophilic granuloma complex might be triggered by bug bites. We don't know if it's this or food allergies.
There have been alot of mosquitoes lately. We did remove and destroy a breeding area, but the numbers are still high. They were not that common before but have exploded in numbers since the recent rainy days.
It is also approaching spider season. House spiders roam more frequently September-November. I know Zoe attacks house spiders and that they can bite back. These house spiders visit sheds/outdoor enclosed spaces more than home ironically.
Therefore, Zoe, being in her outdoor cattery, puts her at high risk of getting bitten by these. She would also be out there autumn and winter. Despite hot water bottles, it's still not heated. I could use insect repellent, but they don't usually work too well, and strong smelling plants upset cats aswell.
When Zoe was coming inside with me at nans at September, this would have been avoided soon. But now I have to wait till January for the spare bedroom. That's roughly 5 more months.
It will make keeping her more complicated as I'll have to travel back and forth from nans and home. But it's only a 10 min walk. I will also have to interact with dad more, including when he's in a mood.
I'm deciding if I want to move back down home till January aswell. Sofa surfing till then is quite a while compared to till only September. The downside is that I'm worried about rows kicking up with dad again. I also have alot of items to move back down there. I will have to take time to think about it. I am welcome back there anytime and can visit nan daily too.
But regardless of where I am, Zoe needs to stay at my old home till my brother moves out.

Is there anyone who knows about bug bites or stings?
Around Monday/Tuesday I noticed a red bump on my upper thigh, and it itched like CRAZY, like I was itching it subconscious
By Wednesday it wasn't an itchy bump, but a small red spot, didn't itch or hurt and wasn't too warm to the touch
By Thursday it got bigger and darker red, slight inflamed with a ring of pale skin around it, and it started to get sore and warmer to the touch (also I got SUPER nauseous yesterday)
It's Friday now, it got kinda bigger, still inflamed with the pale ring, still warm to the touch and sore, and I really don't know if it's related but I almost threw up, and I can't tell if it's just me freaking out but I feel like. Off, sick even (also for some reason is gets darker red and more inflamed when I shower??)
I probably am just freaking out, because if it was an actually venomous bug I would've noticed symptoms within ours, not days, but still lemme know if you have any idea what might be happening to me

Has anyone done fire ant whump? The bright little stings at first easy to ignore, then worse and worse until you look down and see them everywhere? The first bout of itching as little red welts form? The hours where you think it's improved, only to have the itching return ten times worse by the time you wake up? The bites becoming blisters you can't scratch?
The ungodly goddamn itch?
This may or may not be related to an experience at the outdoor wedding I attended today...
Ughh, last night there was some sort of insect attacking me. Iâm assuming it was ants, because we have an unreasonable number of those, but I woke up covered in bites. I have one on the back of finger, (right over the bone), both armpits, several on my arms, and all over the right side of my face, including my eyelid. Pain and discomfort are pretty constant companions for me, but today they are more present than they have been in quite some time.
