Day 1: Never eat right before a workout
Yesterday the first thing I did in the morning was the fit test. However, many people/websites mentioned that insanity was an insane workout and eating well was essential. Therefore, I thought some pre-workout energy would be good. However, I actually had a tight schedule so I started the test right after I swallowed the last banana piece. Boy, what was I stupid.
I got extremely nauseous and I was on the verge of collapsing after the fourth exercise. Result: at least 20 minutes needed to recover.
Unfortunately, I might be getting sick so I will probably do the light version of the fit test. #noexcuses I can’t exhaust my body, especially because of my job interview on Friday! Wish me luck!

Lesson learned: do not eat right before a workout. Wait for at least half an hour after a snack.
