I’m losing my mind over the cover they did. The lyrics are literally so them — it feels like their entire relationship. I don’t even know what to do with that. They’re insane.
The lyrics scream Joshler. Talking about needing to make up for lost time that was taken from them, about not being able to talk about it… And then they put Josh’s voicemail right before Tear in My Heart , when it could’ve been placed before any other song.
And the fact that the cover was paired with One Way too — a song about wanting to fly but being held back by other things. About feeling trapped. About not belonging in the space you’re in. About an inescapable path, where there’s no turning back — you can only move forward because you feel like you can’t go in any other direction.
I don’t even have words. Every time they show up, they do something else that feels like proof that Joshler is real.
